The cottage was very clean and neat. The only issue we had was that the beds were VERY firm. We had a great time and enjoyed the cottage very much.

This place has it all! Very close to LSP. The house is clean. Coffee on the back patio overlooking the channel and family bonfires were a highlight. Quiet neighborhood. Not one bad thing to say about the rental!

Very pleased with home. Positives as listed were king bed, A/C, and washer/dryer. House was very clean. Most areas well labeled to finds things. We preferred the updated bathroom next to master. A great location close to state park. We did venture out and found Sargents Lake real close. Overall, wonderful stay. Thanks!

A clean, well equipped lake home that’s close to many activities and attractions. The Ludington State Park is only a short distance and downtown is about 10-15 minutes tops. Restaurants are also not far away. We know the town well from many trips over the years. This cottage was very peaceful and quiet all week long. Inside amenities all in working order and helpful. It was just the 2 of us this trip, but the place would be ideal for 2 couples or a small family with kids. We plan to try for a spot here next time we are in the area.

Annual Vaca to Ludington

We had a great stay as usual. We rented a couple of times and always enjoy our stay. This year we discovered the small lake within walking distance of the cottage. It had warmer water and a nice sandy beach.

We really loved the home and the property. Quiet little area on the canal, which we were able to use our Kayak and pontoon boat. Campfire at night, which was delightful.

Clean and Restful Getaway

My family stayed at this rental for 5 nights and it was just perfect for our little getaway. Even though it's not really within walking distance to beaches/downtown area, the drives are short and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The rental itself was also great. Very clean, fully stocked with anything you might need, very happy with our stay.

Sweetwater Cottage

This was our second stay. The house is very clean and contains everything would need for your stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the off the beaten path location. The location is close to many beautiful beaches, the state park, Lake Hamlin and a great DOWNTON area with restaurants and shopping. We will stay again for sure.

Lovely getaway

We had a great time at this cottage! The area was quiet and peaceful, neighbors were so kind and we had all that we needed and more! This location doesn’t skimp on beautiful Sights to see and is located near a small more private lake and beach area that is great for kids! Host was very responsive with any questions leading up to the trip and also throughout!

Hamlin lake cottage

Cottage felt bigger and more open inside even than the pictures. The backyard is beautiful and fire pit was great. The canal is sheltered from wind and waves so great if you want to keep your boat in the water all day/night. Would recommend!

Perfect cottage

Lovely area, peaceful cottage. We felt like we were staying in a friend’s home. Clean, bright, and very well taken care of! All the amenities you would put in your own cottage. Close to the State Park and downtown Ludington. Hope to visit again soon!
