This home is perfectly located in a quiet cove on Lake Winnipesaukee. Open concept lakefront home with 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 updated bathrooms, two family rooms, loft and beautiful gourmet kitchen that features double ovens, 48" Sub-zero fridge/freezer, and six burner Thermador cook top. Outside there is a large wrap around deck with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. There are two large family rooms that overlook the lake, well manicured yard, and PRIVATE sandy/shallow beach with a resort style 12' built in umbrella. There is also a stunning lakeside patio that features a remote controlled gas firepit, two outdoor couches, and a high top patio set. Bring your boat or rent one as this home features a 40' foot deep water dock with space for one large boat. There is also a private jetski ramp (jetski not included), paddle boat, and Kayak available for use. Other features include a heated outdoor shower (not enclosed). Multiple outdoor dining options, two tables on the main deck, one table on the small patio, and a fourth table on the main patio. Indoor and outdoor stairwells all equipped with custom built gates for child safety. 2 Pack-N-plays available for small children. One indoor/outdoor high chair. Access to washer/dryer. Central Air in main house. Some bedrooms with wall units. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed on property (inside or outside).
Covid precautions are taken very seriously. To ensure the health and safety of all of our guests, there will be deep cleaning/sanitization between each reservation.

Great home for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in the Sullivan’ home! We had plenty of space for our extended family group. The quiet cove was perfect for our kids to swim and play in, and the beach and patio setup allowed the adults to hang out and relax while still keeping an eye on the swimmers. The chefs in our family appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Great communication from the owners both before we rented and during our stay. We’d happily stay there again.

Vacation Bliss

Our family stayed at this beautiful home in late August. Everything was just as listed. The connivence of the private beach was unmatched. We all were able to comfortably stay and spread out on the property. We made memories to last a life time and are still talking about all the fun family time we had together.

Nice beach

The property was nice and the beach area was beautiful. The water is nice and shallow for a bit for the kids and there is a swim out raft. The dock worked perfect for the boat. The yard was kind of on a slope but we’re we’re still able to play lawn games. Overall we had a great week.

We had an amazing vacation on this property! It was a perfect spot in the cove that allowed relaxation, fun and safety for all ages! It had something for everyone!
