WELCOME TO "RED HILL LODGE"

This is a 6-bedroom home and can sleep 16 comfortably. Home has every amenity you could imagine including huge 86" TV with state-of-the-art surround sound in great room, large barbeque grill, outdoor TV, putting green with small pitch and putt, walk in sandy beach with sugar sand and you can walk in the lake at least 100 feet and still be in great sand.

In addition, the lot is very level with only a few steps down to the beach and grass as well as a master bedroom on the first floor. There is also a small outdoor kitchen with side burner and sink as well as two amazing gas fire bowls and a custom wood burning fire pit from Ohio flame, and we also provide a large supply of firewood.

There is also a large u-shaped dock (boat at dock will not be rented) you can bring your own as there is plenty of room for additional jet skis and boats as well as enough parking for your trailer on the property as well.

We also include all luxury bed linens, towels and toiletries, such as soaps and more. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook like a professional chef. A quick breakdown of the sleeping arrangements include 6 bedrooms (5 have their own bathroom) and a loft. In total there are 5 king beds, 3 queen beds, one twin bed, one bunk bed(twin over twin) and one sleeper couch.

The mountain and lake views are amazing as you can see clearly see Red Hill in the not-so-distant view out the back of the home above the lake. The sunsets in the spring and summer are as equally breathtaking.

There is a sunroom that has swiveling rocking chairs to help you enjoy the views while reading or watching kids on the beach. Or maybe watching TV or viewing rain and thunderstorms from the safety of indoors. There's also a birch accented table with mahogany chairs for doing puzzles or your morning coffee and toast. If the kids or the adults are still bored there is a TV with classic Nintendo, Sega Genesis and other video games as well.

In the great room there's a huge 85" TV, with a 4k DVD player, surround sound, a pool table and ice chexx bubble hockey.

Outside on the deck there is a hot tub overlooking the lake for guests use as well.

In addition, the home has also custom screened in gazebo with ceiling fan, lighting and TV. A large patio and barbecue grill. There is also a cornhole set for guests to use as well as 3 adult paddle boards and one kids paddle board. There are also kayaks and a paddleboat for guests as well.

There is a large lawn big enough to setup badminton, volleyball and whatever yard games you and your guests may have in mind. The landscaping including the native trees, bordering balsams, Japanese and bloodgood maples, perennial plantings, and accent trees are one of a kind, to top that off the landscape lighting will blow you away.

The location on the lake is perfect you are centrally located so that getting to places by boat is easy and you are also far enough away to enjoy quiet days on the lake in a protected cove that's great for boating, jet skiing, wake boarding, and water skiing.

This home has everything you need to get the full lake life experience.

Please note: there are some video security cameras that are ON and recording audio and video to monitor the place when it is vacant, NO cameras are INSIDE the home, there is a ring doorbell, 2 driveway cameras, 3 cameras in the backyard to monitor dock, hot tub (we use it to make sure the cover is closed) and rest of yard while the place is unoccupied any or all of these can be disabled during your stay if you would like them to be turned off.

Please note: To comply with local regulations and insurances, we do require our own rental agreement to be signed after booking, which will include a small security deposit to be held 2 days prior to arrival.
