Come enjoy a brand new, carefully decorated 4-bedroom townhouse. Snuggle by the fireplace with a book, jam to the vintage jukebox or test your skills with vintage pinball or ping-pong. Barbeque in the fenced back yard and prepare your feast in the fully-stocked kitchen.

All mattresses are brand new memory foam. All linens are high thread-count. Everything has been finished to a high level of quality to ensure that this townhome is the best house in the area!

You'll have all four bedrooms, the common area, kitchen, backyard, and garage completely to yourself--no shared areas.

We will absolutely be available if anything goes wrong with the house (if you run into any issues with the accommodations, let us know immediately!). However, we are not available to accompany guests, drive them around, or act as a concierge. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time.

The place is located 1 block from Pacific Avenue, 2 blocks from Starbucks and 5 blocks from the lovely, renowned Pacific Lutheran University, and quick access to Tacoma, Puyallup, and JBLM. The immediate neighborhood is typical Parkland without too many frills, but the PLU-owned Garfield Station Apartment complex and adjacent restaurants are just 6 blocks away.

Great stay

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament and it was the perfect place for four couples to enjoy. The beds were super comfy and the juke box, ping pong and pinball provided some fun entertainment. Jenni was a great host and we would love to come back sometime!

We had a great stay here. The owner kindly helped us set up the juke box for my daughter when we arrived. We enjoy playing ping pong and relaxing on the patio with an evening glass of wine.

Very nice house

Our stay was great! Our family enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend it. The location is convenient to the highway and a grocery store that’s around the corner. There was even a church a few blocks away and were able to attend service on Sunday. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfect place for our short stay.

The property is just as described and a perfect size for our family. We were visiting for the weekend as we have a student at PLU right down the street. Very convenient and close to everything. Property manager is very responsive and we will be back.

The whole experience was amazing. 1940’s theme was absolutely incredible. House was very clean and organized. Lots of kitchen and bathroom accessories. Enjoyed the jukebox and ping pong table.

Great Landing Spot

We were a group of 3 small families in town for an event and everyone was very happy with the accomodations. Very attentive and responsive manager to any questions we had. And grocery stores near by…

Nice place near Tacoma

Traveled to the Tacoma area for a water polo tournament with kids from my daughter's team. The house was easy to find and easy to access. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The girls really liked having space to spread out after being together traveling and in the water all day. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved staying at this property! It was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! Attended an event at the Puyallup Fair grounds. The location of the property made getting to the event super easy! The property was tastefully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The beds were cozy, with quality linens and towels. Kitchen was well stocked! Host was very accommodating and enjoyable. Would love to stay again!

Fun weekend getaway!

This is a great property to stay at. Spacious, clean, well stocked and supplied, and great communication with host. This is my second time staying there, and it felt like coming home. Beds are comfortable, bath towels are soft and clean, and the house has a fun style to it. We loved the four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and lots of furniture to seat many people. Communication with the host is the best I've experienced. We will certainly be back

Just what we needed

This property is just what we needed for a short golf trip to the area. The listing was exactly as advertised. All four of us had a comfortable bed, the bathrooms were well stocked, kitchen was great for making meals, and it was very nice having the garage space to put our gear in overnight. Also, we were able to park both our vehicles in the driveway. There is some road noise being a block off a busy road but it is close to several restaurants and minutes from the freeway to get where we were playing. Communication was fantastic and check in/out was simple. I would recommend and will stay here again when in the area.
