Located just a few steps from the city centre, near the magnificent Place Graslin and not far from the Cours Cambronne. Come and stay in this cosy Cocoon Nantais located on the first floor of an old co-ownership. It has the advantage of being quiet as the whole flat overlooks an inner courtyard. In less than 5 minutes on foot, you will have access to numerous shops, boutiques and delicious restaurants.
It is arranged as follows
- an entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine)
- a shower room
- a living room equipped with a quality sofa, a dining table, a television and an internet connection
- a comfortable bedroom with cupboard and desk (160*200)
- a separate toilet

The flat "La Baronne" is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport

La Baronne This apartment is in a great location - about 15 minutes walk from the island and 10 minutes walk to the centre and there are bakeries on either side, just a few doors away. The agency was very responsive. Although it was a hot week, the apartment was nice and cool. the bed is very comfortable. You can see that a lot of care has been taken in selecting everything in the apartment decor-wise, which is well equipped with everything you need. Very thoughtful also that there were guidebooks on what to see in Nantes and where to eat. Also much appreciated that tea and coffee were provided. The only problem we had was that the television wasn't working upon arrival. Our host did offer to ask someone to come and fix it but we declined since we didn't want to have to wait for a repair person to come during our holiday and preferred to spend our time out. We would definitely stay again. Thank you CocoonR Agency for hosting us!

La Baronne "loved the city. overall good stay. apartment was a bit dirty and smelly (we*d and sewage), and door was so difficult even the agent couldnât get it. wouldnât recommend if you have arthritic hands! more convenient of a stay if youâre planning to eat out a lot - not very many useful cooking utensils.
requested 2 keys which they gave us, but only one front door key to the building so 2nd set of keys was useless. messaged for a second and had no response. they had asked if we wanted sofa bed set up which we said yes and they didnât do - room was set out for 2 people instead of 3. comfy beds, nicely furnished apartment.
do not recommend for young girls or any women travelling solo - we received a lot of harassment from men at the bar next to the building including being followed a couple of times! not the agencies fault of course but something to note to others.
good value for a pretty apartment."

La Baronne Iâll start with the positive feedback since it helps to receive the negative. The apartment is dark and relatively cool even on a hot day (however the shades on windows donât close completely so good luck if you need that to sleep). The location is also very good to do almost anything in Nantes. But hereâs what we didnât like. There was a strong smell of mold in bathroom and bedroom. The pillow cases in the bedroom smelled like someone had recently used them. We used the two rolls of toilet provided between the four of us (we were there four days) then asked the property manager for more. She told us we are allowed two and thatâs it. So be sure to come prepared with some toilette paper if you plan to stay more than a couple days. Overall this place is not worth the price. The company is obviously willing to sacrifice your comfort (and possibly health) to eek out a little more profit. I hope for future occupants that they do something about the conditions we found the apartment in.

El alojamiento se encuentra bien situado si quieres visitar los principales puntos de la ciudad. Muy cerca de la isla de Nantes (solo tienes que cruzar el puente), a pocos minutos de la Place Graslin y justo en frente hay una parada de tranvĂa.
El apartamento estĂĄ en un primer piso, no hay ascensor, pero son pocas escaleras. El edificio es antiguo y tal vez le falte algo de mantenimiento a las zonas comunes. Pero el interior de la vivienda estĂĄ totalmente reformada y decorada con muy buen gusto.
La cama y el sofĂĄ cama son cĂłmodos.
En definitiva, hemos estado muy agusto."

La Baronne Je tiens avant tout à remercier Michele que j'ai fait attendre dehors. Accueil trÚs sympa et agréable. Parce que l 'on a toujiurs quelque chose de négatif à dire je dirais qu'il manque d'un micro ondes mais on peut faire sans dans la cuisine. Lors de mon prochain séjour sur nantes je reviendrais sans doute dans ce logement.

đ Le quartier est central, mais Ă cĂŽtĂ© de bars oĂč ça deal : surtout dĂ©conseillĂ© pour une femme toute seule.
Aussi, l'appartement était sale à notre arrivée. Nous l'avons signalé au propriétaire qui a fait le nécessaire."

La Baronne Gute Wohnung die alles hat was man braucht. Die Schlafcouch und Bett waren unheimlich bequem, haben sehr gut geschlafen. GroĂe Decken und groĂzĂŒgig mit BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒchern ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine haben wir auch genutzt nur leider wurde die WĂ€sche nicht richtig trocken weil die Wohnung recht kĂŒhl und schattig ist. Das war bei der Hitze wiederum sehr angenehm in eine kĂŒhle Wohnung zu kommen.

đ Chercher les draps du deuxiĂšme couchage qui Ă©tait normalement prĂ©vu. Quartier bruyant avec des cris et disputes des badauds Ă 6h00 du matin sous la fenĂȘtre. Cage d escalier trĂšs dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©e. DifficultĂ© Ă ouvrir et fermer le verrous de l appartement."
