A tad dissappointed

The rooms were very clean; however, the property was not well-maintained. The pool was clean but the area around the pool was not. The pool bar was never open when we were there and the Pointe Bar was only open one out of 2 nights. The employees were very nice but the name of the hotel was never given out and it was listed at a cheaper price than what we paid. However, there was a very nice area about a block and a half back that sat on the water with a hammock, games and night lights (where the Pointe Bar was) It was very pretty!
