App-controlled: garage doors, heat, water, front door, washer/dryer. Roof deck with incredible views. Views of Sugarbowl, Soda Springs, Royal Gorge from most rooms. Walk to General Store, Royal Gorge, Soda Springs Ski Area, post office, ski shops. 6 ski areas within 3.5 miles. Water, sewer, garbage, plow service, 1 tank of propane included in rent. King, Queen and 2 double beds. On 25 mph first plowed road, close to I80 and Sugar Bowl. Get first tracks and never get stuck waiting at the train tracks!

Wonderful Place and a Great Time

We were here for the Memorial Day weekend 2021. This is a wonderful home with a lot to offer and we were pleasantly surprised by the warmth and space the house presented. Kids had a wonderful time with the gaming monitor and table and the media/movie room while at the house. The convenience store was a stone-throw distance and a easy morning stroll to get some butter for breakfast. The house was well done up with plenty of books to read and lovely views. The host was ever so quick to respond to all our queries with answers to our queries. Definitely a wonderful time and will surely plan on returning!

Amar and his family were perfect guests and we hope they choose our home again for their next Tahoe stay! I highly recommend them as guests who took great care of our home and left it very clean.

Great house, perfect location, awesome host!

We had a wonderful stay at Fritz's house in Soda Springs. The house was very spacious to accommodate our kids and dog. Every morning I walked the dog to the Van Norden trail, and in the evenings I'd walk to the general store down the road for wine and other essentials. The media room was a nice addition to relax with the family and watch a movie after a long day of skiing. Fritz was very communicative and made sure everything was in great shape. Highly recommend!

Nice multi-level property close to three ski resorts. Quiet at night with beautiful views.
