4 BR 3 BA 3100 sqf. house, Lounge with wet bar and wood stove, full-floor master, movie room with projector, built-in sound, wet bar and fridge. 2 car garage. App-controlled: garage doors, heat, water, front door, washer/dryer. Roof deck with incredible views. Views of Sugarbowl, Soda Springs, Royal Gorge from most rooms. Walk to General Store, Royal Gorge, Soda Springs Ski Area, post office, ski shops. 6 ski areas within 3.5 miles. Water, sewer, garbage, plow service, 1 tank of propane included in rent. King, Queen and 2 double beds. On 25 mph first plowed road, close to I80 and Sugar Bowl. Get first tracks and never get stuck waiting at the train tracks!
