Welcome to our cottage in the heart of Greer's historic downtown. This vintage home includes a fully stocked kitchen, 3 queen size beds, a full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. There is a large front porch and the small private back yard is fenced-in. Dogs are welcome! Our quiet street is within a short walk to Greer's downtown shops, restaurants, and the Greer City Park. We love Greer and enjoy sharing our cottage with visitors.

Lovely, safe property. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Very well appointed, better than we expected. Loved to be able to walk to the town of Greer, which has great restaurants and some cute little shops. Our dogs loved it too! If we come back to do some more property shopping, this would be our first choice.

Such a lovely home and stay we had for 9 nights. Was so relaxing and had every amenity plus more!! We love the quiet neighborhood and lovely homes all around. Easy and quick walk to town and park. Holly and her husband have been wonderful addressing any questions we had in a speedy manner. They know a lot about the area and have kept up a beautiful home with everything you could think of that you may need. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave! Our pup really enjoyed the fenced in back yard and my daughter enjoyed the food being cooked in the kitchen like as if we were at home. It is quiet at night, neighbors are friendly if you choose to speak with them. Thanks Holly and Kevin for a great stay!

This property was clean, well well equipped regarding kichen necessities, and the host had thoughtfully accomodated necessary items-no feeling of scarcity.This property offered an enclosed backyard and puppy necessities. Definitely recommend for an easy stay within 25 minutes of downtown Greenville.

Adorable Cottage

The house was very clean, & was thoughtfully supplied with everything we could need for our stay (minus meals). After sight-seeing in the nearby cute town, or after visiting friends, coming back to the cottage was so inviting & comforting. It was very easy to take care of while we were there bc everything is so well organized & anticipated. Holly was very quick & easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved this place! All the comforts of home

Clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable. Convenient to lots of fun things to do. You can eat in or visit one of many great nearby restaurants. This is a place to return to.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Holly has everything and then some ready for a relaxing trip. Everything is clean and organized. We are from Greer and enjoyed the info book she has not only on the cottage but the areas to visit with maps. We loved the short walk to Downtown and the Park. This little cottage and the host Holly deserve more than a 5-star review.

Highly Recommend!!

Everything is perfect about this vacation home. Holly is wonderful to work with. The property is spotless and has everything you can need. The fenced backyard is great for pets. The house is also in walking distance to all the Greer fabulous restaurants and shopping. This is my favorite place to stay in the Greenville / Greer area.

Charming Cottage!

Highly recommend staying here! Holly does such a wonderful job of making you feel at home. She has thought of everything that you could possibly need. Greer is such a charming little town with great restaurants. We also explored Greenville, which was also wonderful. Would definitely come back and stay here to explore the area some more.

Beautifully updated home!

It was an easy walk downtown from this property, which is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. While we loved the restaurants in Greenville, the owners’ recommendations in Greer (especially Select and Wild Ace Pizza) were perfect for an easy meal. It’s a beautifully decorated, very comfortable home and the responsiveness from Holly and her husband Kevin when we needed to communicate was really excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Consistent five star stays!

We stayed at Holly’s cottage again and it never fails! Anything you might need is there in abundance - from kitchen staples to extra towels or bedding to dog treats and bowls. So many food options nearby and you’re within walking distance to most of them - all while relaxing at a home base on a quiet street. We’ll be back!

Welcome to our cottage! I used to live here when I worked at Greer Memorial Hospital as a nurse. I loved being able to walk to downtown Greer for dinner and shopping. I'd walk my dogs everyday in the neighborhood. I hope you enjoy staying at the cottage as much as I enjoyed living there.

The cottage is just a short walk to historic downtown Greer and a variety of dining options, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Greer City Park. There are many good restaurants within walking distance including: The Great Bay Oyster House, Select, Blue Ridge Brewing Company, Crate Restaurant and Wine Bar, L'Incanto, and Wild Ace Pizza and Pub, to name just a few. You can walk the historic streets of Greer Station and explore its boutiques offering designer fashions, homewares, vintage antiques, handmade jewelry, local crafts and more. Some of downtown Greer's shops include: The Galleries of Brian Brigham, Southern Sisters Boutique, The Shoppes on Trade, Talloni Shoe Salon, Southern Envy, Sweet Tea Station and Chelsea's Ladies Apparel and Urban Petals. Downtown Greer also offers culinary classes and concerts.
The cottage is also just 10 minutes from The GSP International airport and BMW, 20 minutes to downtown Greenville, and 25 minutes to downtown Spartanburg. The neighborhood is great for walking and for walking your dog(s).
Our street is normally quiet, but you may hear dogs barking and children playing in the during the day.
