The open-concept main living area has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, hardwood floors, and a large dining table that seats the whole group. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig...ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner.



The living room has a large leather sectional, oversized smart TV, and a ceiling fan that keeps it comfortable year round.



Bedrooms:

The primary bedroom has a king bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a walk-in closet, noise machine, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



The second bedroom has a queen bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a closet, and a TV.



The third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, and sleeps up to 4. 2 additional sleeper cots in the closet with bedding provided. With luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a walk-in closet, and a TV; great for kids or extra guests.



The back deck has a Weber gas grill and string lights. The backyard includes access to a private regulation pickleball court with a basketball hoop. May be shared between two homes on the property, not public. There are disc golf baskets located in the lower field; bring your own discs!



Our home is not smoking friendly. Extra guests or events with approval ONLY.



PETS: We welcome up to 2 pets; they must be included on the reservation. We kindly ask that if you allow pets on furniture or linens, that you bring sheets to prevent the transfer of pet hair. Pets must remain on leash, under control, and any pet waste cleaned up.



We offer add-ons including welcome baskets, celebration setups, early check-in, and late checkout. Just message us after booking.



Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.
