The one bedroom condo has a well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and a complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a beautiful granite vanity and a combination shower/tub. There is also a furnished balcony with a view.

Stays may be subject to a resort fee of $75 (subject to change) due at check-in. (This fee is a one-time per week stay, not a nightly fee).

All units are non-smoking. Smoking permitted on balcony or patios.
Units are assigned after booking, in seven night increments. Multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.

Front desk operates 24 hours/day.

No motor homes, trailers, or boats allowed on the property or street.

Packages may be received at the resort for $5 fee.
