PERFECT!

This property is perfect and the owner absoltely amazing. She went WAY out of her way to accommodate us on a last minute booking. The house was very roomy, well kept. Beds are comfortable and the backyard oasis was everything you need to relax, unwind and enjoy your stay. .

Started out great

The stay started out great and communication with the owner was quick. There was an AC issue wherein it shuts off if you don’t walk by the thermostat. So that was a bit annoying. Temps reach 81 during the day inside the house and the AC just couldn’t keep up. We then had a big issue and found 12 roaches running around the kitchen and bathrooms one night. The owner had a pest person come out two days later to spray. The pest control company found rodent feces in the kitchen cabinets. Found more roaches the days after and the AC just wasn’t handling. We left early, notified the owner, requested a refund for our unused nights. To date the owner has been a ghost, no response. Would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, this guest was difficult. I bent over backwards to accommodate him, letting them come in a half a day early. Their complaint about palmetto bugs was interesting as we’ve never had that problem before, so I sent out a pest control technician who said he found no palmetto bugs or other issues. This claim was just false. The AC worked fine and we tested it after this guest left with no problem at several different temps. This guest opened the doors 59 times in a 3 hour window per my security system when the temperature outside was almost 100 degrees. The guests also entered the garage which is off limits to guest via a posted sign. I wouldn’t host this guest again.

I love my home! It’s the perfect place to gather my family and enjoy Holidays or Sunday dinners together. Afternoons by the pool are my favourite! Watching the grandkids hook their first fish is also a great memory maker. Morning coffee on the dock blue is my favourite place to be when I’m home.

Why they chose this property

This quiet little neighbourhood is tucked away, but close to everything - less than 15 minutes to the airport, less than 10 minutes to downtown St Pete and just 30 minutes to the beaches. Or stay home and enjoy the amenities!

What makes this property unique

Relaxing on the waterfront, you’re surrounded by landscaping that creates a private oasis. Perfect for vacationing, with room to spread out and chill - either curled up in the sunroom reading, tanning by the pool, or watching a late night movie outdoors, there’s no shortage of ways to relax here.
