Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to beaches, Bellevue Ave, The Cliff Walk and downtown Newport, this custom built home offers something for everyone! Built in 2003, this home features central air, two car garage parking with high ceilings and an open floor plan on two levels. The main level offers a bright and open living/dining area with fireplace and high angled ceilings. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and a en-suite bath with a separate soaking tub and double vanity. Also on this floor you will find two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The lower level is perfect for extended family, guests or another TV room. It offers a king-sized bed, living area, a full bath and kitchenette with completely separate entrance. Mature plantings and a level yard creates a beautiful sanctuary setting. Walk to beaches, town, parks and famed Bellevue Ave while living on private cul-de-sac street!
