This was a perfect stay for my family- comfortable beds, clean, stunning views, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Attentive and responsive host, easy check in/check out. Part of this trip was for work, and both the office and the desk in the bedroom were great for this.

Area was very quiet and the view from window was spectacular. But the bedding for folding bed had some kind of smell and downstairs restroom also had bad smell. The property was little too small for 4 adults and 2 kids.

El Cerrito Hills is north of Albany and Berkeley. Known for its mid century homes with stunning views of San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge and Mount Tamalpais
Residential neighborhood with free street parking.
Home is approx 2 miles from El Cerrito Plaza Bart and the 80 freeway.
.07 miles from Huber Park which has a playground.

What makes this property unique

New furnishings in this split leveled home. Enter from street up one step to front porch. Once inside the home enjoy living room comfy sofa and side chairs, w tv, desk and eating area while overlooking the bay. Retro kitchen and dining room also on this floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms one with with a king bed and desk and one with a queen bed. Both share a full bath with tub/shower. Downstairs has a family room w fold down double bed, tv, desk and opens to deck with yard. Also a 1/2 bath and laundry area on this floor.
