Come enjoy a peaceful stay on the Jade Coast in the seaside resort of Pornic. Discover our charming house facing the sea and the beach, just 1 km from Sainte-Marie and local shops. You’ll have a two-story house with a 120-square-meter garden and parking for 3–4 cars, as well as a terrace and a balcony with outdoor furniture facing the sea. The house features a large 65 m² living area with a modern open-concept kitchen, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave, 2 coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle, 2 flat-screen TVs—including a 110-cm model with Netflix—and Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, you’ll find 3 double bedrooms with high-quality, comfortable 160x200 beds, complete with 220x240 duvets, 65x65 pillows, and mattress protectors. There are closets and dressers, plus a separate dormitory with 2 140x200 beds and 1 160x200 bed, all with duvets and pillows. One bathroom with a bathtub and two shower rooms (walk-in showers), hair dryers, and a bathroom scale. Three bathrooms, including one separate one, and a washing machine. A back patio with a gas grill, umbrella, and lounge chairs. We also rent for weekends, but a minimum of 2 nights is required for up to 12 people. A mandatory cleaning fee of 85 euros applies; linens are an additional charge, or you may bring your own. This is a smoke-free home; we do not allow parties or gatherings. We also do not allow pets.
