There is a well stocked kitchen with beautiful granite accents. Walk out your back yard to the sandy beaches of Kailua. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The fenced-in yard and beach side lanai area make this home great for family entertaining.
Kailua beach is reef protected and offers excellent swimming, wind surfing and kayaking year round. The small town charm of Kailua has unique shops, boutiques and great restaurants. Just 25 minutes to Waikiki.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. Please call or e-mail for seasonal rates. Monthly rates $22,500-$28,000 plus taxes and cleaning.
