Ferrer de S'Horta is a spacious house, newly renovated, high quality finishes. Modern furniture and decoration meet tastefully combined to high ceilings with exposed concrete beams and some walls covered with dry stones which give the house a rustic ambience. The entrance is via the pool area. Sliding glass doors lead into the open, well equipped, bright kitchen with center island. From here we reach the spacious, bright and open living / dining area. Two areas feature comfortable sofas, a long wooden table invites you to take meals together. Sliding glass doors lead to the terrace. Two bedrooms with access to the pool, with 2 single beds and shower en suite bathrooms on the ground floor that is completed by a guest toilet and service room. From the living / dining area a staircase leads to the first floor. Here are three more bedrooms, each ensuite with twin beds and shower room and access to a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the countryside and the sea in the distance.

Outdoor facilities
The pool area with views of fruit trees is the perfect place to read the favorite book or simply to enjoy the long summer days. Next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue. The pool with brick steps (11 mx 4 m, depth min. 1.15 m, max 1. 65 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable, adjustable sun loungers and lawns. Another covered terrace with a sofa and 2 hammock chairs invites you to relax, over there is a bed with a lemon tree and herbs that can be used for cooking.
