About this property

Welcome to our recently renovated beautiful and peaceful 5 bedroom chalet nestled in the woods and frequently visited by deer and other wildlife. The lake is ideal for kayaking; the upper lake which is 100 feet away is ideal for kayaking and swimming. The house comes with gorgeous views of the lake and sleeps up to 12 people.

Amenities include: pet-friendly home, outdoor hot tub, pool table, foosball, sauna, expansive deck and lots of board games to keep guests entertained. In addition we have strong WiFi and internet to allow for remote work situations (but we discourage it!)

There's an outdoor swing and fire pit as well for guests enjoyment. For kids, we have an upstairs loft game area that is perfect for hanging out.

New for 2024, the kitchen stove/oven and the outdoor propane grill were replaced.

We are 10-20 mins from Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Aquatopia, Camelback, Mt. Airy Casino, The Crossings Premium outlet mall and more. We are also only 1 hour 45 mins away from NYC and Philadelphia.

Upon booking, a short term rental agreement is required to be signed per township ordinances. We usually send the agreement out a month prior to check in.

Great weekend in the Poconos!

Adam and Sue were lovely hosts and we had a wonderful stay. Property is exactly as advertised. The house is located near attractions and shipping but still secluded enough to feel like you're in the woods. Would definitely stay again!

Christmas Away From Home

Thanks to Adam and Sue for surprising us with a Christmas tree! It was lovely to help us feel at home! This lakehouse is on picturesque property and easily handled our family gathering of 7 adults and 3 dogs. Easy and quick communication with Adam & Sue. We especially appreciated the sauna, all the great mattresses and bedding linens. and the many dog walking routes in the neighborhood. We discovered Rail Gap Pocono Creek Nature Preserve for beautiful hikes in the woods and dogs off leash.

Wonderful stay

Location is real close to a few great hikes , and a short drive to E Stroudsburg downtown. The house itself had everything we wanted and needed even when the weather wasn’t great. Would stay again !

Loved it!

Date of Stay: February 17-21 The house was spacious, beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed all the amenities, fire place, jacuzzi, sauna, and pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a very long table that accommodated all for eating and games. It was everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We will undoubtedly be renting again. Excellent winter escape

The house exceeded our expectations! It's in a lovely area with deer frequenting the property and nice paths for walking. It's a perfect house for gathering with friends and family (and our dog). The fireplace makes for very cozy evenings and the amenities (fire pit; sauna; hot tub) are excellent. Communication with Adam and Sue was seamless throughout. We would definitely return for another winter week.

Long Weekend

A group of 13 stayed comfortably in the house. The stay was fantastic except for the hot tub not being warm enough in time for us to enjoy it. The water smelled old and still, so we probably wouldn’t have even used the hot tub if it worked properly anyhow. Other than that, I recommend this house!

Great space for a group

We had a great time at this property. Location is great. Ample space to spend time with friends. All the bedrooms are apacious, bathrooms are well updated. Deck has bbq and a hot tub which is great for kids. Basement is equipped with washer, dryer, sauna, pool table, full bath and has a room with 4 bunk beds. Kitchen has everything you beed to cook a meal. Highly recommend

We had a really nice weekend

The house was much more than it seemed in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped in the perfect location! We enjoyed Jacuzzi, hot spa and game room . Adam was really responsive. Definitely we’ll book again
