Nice cabin, secluded location.
Cabin was nice and well appointed. It’s fairly secluded so make sure you plan accordingly. Cabin was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Disappointing for the price to not be clean.

While we're pleased to hear you enjoyed the cabin overall, we're sorry the cleanliness was subpar and we hate this happened. We do apologize and have passed your honest feedback along as we are always striving to improve our customer experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future at one of our other 400+ properties.
I’ll start by saying I really hate to leave a negative review. But with all of the issues we had I don’t have a choice. When we got to the cabin, we could immediately tell that no one had been there in quite a while (probably a week or two at least). The porches filthy with pollen and cob webs. Upon entering the cabin, we noticed right away that the upstairs bedroom had an awful smell (something dead mixed with sewer smell). The hot tub was not usable because it was so dirty. And the worst part was the water. I understand that due to the nature of where the cabin is located, it had well water. We’ve had well water before and we know it’s different. However this was like nothing we’d ever experienced. The water smelled SO AWFUL. Imagine taking a shower in that or brushing your teeth. My kids cried while taking a shower while I tried not to puke.
I will say that we called the first night about the hot tub and the room smell and they sent someone with an ozone machine that did help with the room smell. They sent someone to clean the hot tub but it still wasn’t clean. I complained about the water the second day but nothing was done for it while we were there.
I won’t be renting from these property owners or managers again.

Cabin was clean and easy to find. Good view. Only issues were really 1st world problems. Bath towels were tiny and limited, pool cues were missing so could not use the bumper pool table, bed sheets did not fit so every morning you woke up on the mattress and tvs were small for the sized rooms.
