To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for all guests, the following rules apply to all reservations:

Primary guest must be 21+ and must occupy the property for the duration of the stay
ID verification required for booking guest and all guests under 25 prior to arrival
Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement prior to arrival
Travel insurance is highly recommended

No parties, events, or large gatherings
No smoking or vaping inside or anywhere on the property (minimum $500 cleaning fee applies)
No illegal activity permitted
Property may not be used for commercial or business purposes
🔇 Quiet Hours & Community Respect
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Excessive noise or complaints may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
👥 Occupancy & Guests
The number of guests listed on the reservation is the maximum allowed at any time (including visitors)
No unauthorized guests are permitted on the property
Violations may result in removal without refund and a fee of $100 per person, per day
💧 Water
Bottled water is required for consumption
🧹 Check-Out Expectations
Guests are expected to leave the property in a tidy condition:

Clean and comfortable. The amenities were perfect for me and my wife. The location was key for us. Within walking distance of a variety of food options. Great stay. Hope to return in the future.
One huge room, about 30 by 40 feet. Lots of windows, and they open. Exceptionally clean. Nice decor. Comfy bed. Portable air conditioning. Baseboard heat. Parking next door was convenient, safe, and easy. We'd stay here again. Five stars.
This studio was a comfortable and convenient studio for a weekend ski trip (Mount Sunapee is just 10 minutes away). It has everything you need for the stay. I like cooking at home so having a sufficiently equipped kitchen is important. The space is exactly as depicted in the photos -- very large, clean and spacious. Parking is very close and the 30 min loading/unloading front access made that process easy. The property managers are very responsive - I had a small issue with heat when I first arrived that was rectified immediately. Would stay there again.
