Maison Landaise sleeps 14 Airial swimming pool tennis bowling green near lake & ocean

We are delighted to offer you our renovated old Landes farmhouse for your next holiday. Located in Ychoux, on the border of Parentis-en-Born, our house is nestled in the heart of the Landes forest, in a quiet and preserved environment, with a one-hectare wooded park of the airial type. This idyllic setting is perfect for stays with family or friends, while being close to the lakes and beaches of the Atlantic.

The main house, full of charm and carefully renovated, has four double bedrooms, one of which has an additional single bed, ideal for accommodating young and old. Two modern bathrooms, two toilets, and a large fully equipped kitchen (American fridge + small fridge) complete the living spaces. It is air-conditioned and heated to guarantee your comfort all year round.

From April to October, an adjoining outbuilding is also open. It offers a large double bedroom, a shower room, a bathroom, a toilet and a second double bedroom type bungalow/cabin with sink.

The entire property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 6 children maximum.

Outside, a real relaxation area awaits you: 13 x 7 m infinity pool (open from May to October), bowling alley, private tennis court and small river crossing the property. Everything is there to fully enjoy nature and the surrounding calm.

A nearby cycle network allows you to easily reach the lakes and surrounding villages. It is a place that we love deeply and that we hope to make you discover in turn.

Family get away

We stayed here with 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids under 7 years old. The house was more than comfortable for our large group, safe for the kids, and great fun. Everything was well equipped, from kitchen to the games shed. Highly recommended.

Alexandre est très réactif en plus d'être sympathique. La maison est très très bien équipée.Vraiment l'idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis surtout quand plusieurs générations se côtoient.Entre ceux qui veulent juste chiller et les hyperactifs, tout le monde y trouve son compte.Adresse à retenir.

Très belle maison où tout le monde s'est senti à l'aise et avec beaucoup d'espace. Nous n'avons pas eu très beau temps, mais la piscine a quand même ravi les enfants ! La cuisine est super pour cuisiner, beaucoup de plats, ustensiles...maison faites pour les réunions en familles ou entre amis. Très bien !

Un grand merci à Alexandre qui s'est montré accueillant, efficace et très arrangeant. Cette bâtisse de caractère, pleine de charme, offre tout le confort, des literies confortables dans des chambres bien décorées. Les espaces de jeux et de détente( immense jardin, tennis, terrain de boules, ping-pong, piscine...) font de cet endroit un petit paradis pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. L'envie de revenir vous gagne rapidement!

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Une cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée. Le jardin très grand et le cours de tennis au top ! Tous les équipements sont fournis surplace. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir mais l’été cette fois pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine ! Je recommande!

Calme et reposant!

Accueil très sympathique de Lola et Alexandre dans leur nouvelle maison au charme landais typique, et qui possède tout le confort d’une maison moderne. Cadre idyllique avec grand jardin et forêt autour de la propriété pour les balades, banquet dans la véranda pour les repas, et super cuisine toute équipée. La literie est également de qualité. Calme et repos au rdv. Nous recommandons et reviendrons vite aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine et du tennis!
