This is a fantastic place to stay. Perfectly clean. Absolutely gigantic beds that are comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Close enough to the highway to be very convenient, but you cannot hear it at all. Wonderful host. 10/10.

The host was welcoming and very responsive.I was disappointed with the property lack off amenities. My priority when booking a vacation home is to have a kitchen that is stoked with basic utensils and dishes so my family can save money on eating out. Especially around the holidays when I was responsible for making a dish for Thanksgiving dinner. I was not able to make anything besides toast in the morning.I also hope that host updates pillows and bathroom towels. Both have seen better days.Overall the house was neat, and the downstairs tenant was friendly and quiet.

Everything was wonderful and exactly as expected. The Happy Guest portal check-in process was a bit of a surprise, but it was just new to me. I’ll know what to expect next time. Our host was in contact by message each day to make sure we had what we needed and responded almost immediately whenever I had a question. It was a great stay!

We were in a transitional move to Colorado and Jeff was very accommodating! It helped ease our move and gave my family a temporary home until we moved into our permanent one. A great area and was a great experience.

I was unaware there was a tenant in the basement until checking in. That is also when we were told we had to park off to the side of the house in a weird raised gravel area, had the weather been snowy it would have been impossible to park there. The weed smell was incredibly strong when you first walk in. It was fun trying to explain the smell to my four children. The level of clean is what you would expect if you went into a house that was lived in by college boys and they were cleaning up for some girls coming over. We had to toss several towels aside because they stunk like they had been used a few times. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The neighbor dogs barked alot and at one point I thought one was going to break through the rickety fence when my son was getting in the car. Additionally, when finalizing payment, that is when you get an additional fee for cleaning. Had the hosue actually been clean, that would have been fine.

Overall the home was exactly what we needed for our stay. The two king bed were comfortable and the sheets and pillows were clean. There were plenty of towels and the coffee k cups was a good touch. There was plenty of room for 4 of us to hang out and still feel like we had our own space to retreat to. The kitchen was functional and allowed us to cook all our meals at home which was exactly what we need when traveling for baseball tournaments. Some cons. When we walked in the door we were hit with the smell of cannabis but I guess it's to be expected in the Denver area. The host was able to address that issue. The home and neighborhood is a built older and the exterior aesthetics weren't great and neighbors left their dogs outside barking all day including the early morning. Lastly the on site permanent tenant opened and closed the garage during the early morning which you could hear in the front bedroom. We would stay again even with some of the issues listed above. The host was very responsive and did what they could to make it a comfortable stay.

We stayed just one night on our move across the country. If we had not arrived so late in the day and been so tired we would have found a hotel room instead. The house was not “remodeled” as advertised. There were damaged walls and doors. The carpet was old and dirty and smelled like smoke. The backyard was big but in terrible condition and the stairs and deck need to be replaced. I was only told very last minute that we would have to park in the gravel off to the side of the driveway and had no parking for our second vehicle. Forget street parking as there are No Parking signs along the street. There are downstairs neighbors that were blasting their tv and made my dogs bark. I would mot recommend staying here and not sure how there were any good reviews for this property.

The picture of the property showed a fenced backyard. We assumed the fence was in good condition. The backyard itself has not been cared for and there is no grass. The fence has a big hole where planks are missing in the corner by the driveway. We could not let our dog out without being right beside her.The picture window at the front of the house was worrisome because there was a piece of wood placed diagonally across it. I assume this is because the neighborhood has crime. Why else would someone place a piece of wood across the glass (that doesn't even fit into the window channel because it is too long?)The paint on the house is peeling badly, and the front porch steps have cracked clear through so that they are not safe. My 93-year-old father came to visit and he almost fell backwards to crack his head. Fortunately, my sister was behind him and caught him. We did not have him come visit the house again. The stairs on the back portion of the house are wood and in bad repair.I do not know if this place is rented regularly, but on the second night we were there I had brushed my teeth and grabbed the hand towel that was hanging near the bathroom sink to clean up some water drops. As I did so, I noticed a black round "thing." Believing it to be a spider, I threw the towel in the sink and yelled. Then, I looked at the spider closely. It was a black widow. My husband, a biologist for the Forest service confirmed it was a black widow. The place is not well-maintained.

We stayed here for a wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! It was close to Denver, and was very clean. Jeff is also very accommodating! If we ever find ourselves in Aurora again we will definitely stay here again!
This location was quiet and comfortable.
With a full kitchen, we were able to cook and have family over for dinner. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was a little tricky to find even with GPS, but once found, it is easy to access.
