The gated villa, in a private and secure estate, extends to over 1,300 square metres of land, offering spacious gardens, privacy and tranquillity and reflects Andalusian charm. The large driveway, allows parking for numerous cars within the villa grounds.

The villa has 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The kitchen is spacious, bright and fully equipped (3 fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, dryer, ...). Do you need a chef? No problem, just ask us.

It has all the amenities (barbecue, several terraces, sofas, tables, bar, satellite TV, heated swimming pool). It is fully air-conditioned and heated.

This holiday home is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. For your convenience, it includes clean sheets and bedding, towels, cleaning products and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Exceptional villa for family and friends

This villa is superb, and far better than even the pictures suggest. The heated pool is fantastic and the large outside bbq and dining area are perfect for large groups to cook and eat. There are 10 good-sized bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, great TV and living area and the villa feels very private as it is surrounded by lush green trees. And it's only 10 minutes from the beach and Marbella town. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Myself and my family stayed here in June 2025. We were very happy with the price and the location. Close to a lot of great things. Lots of space for the family, with 10 spacious bedrooms. Maria, the key holder was fabulous. Very helpful and organised a Paella Party for us. Great place to stay. Thank you.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable entre amis dans cette superbe villa andalouse à Marbella. L’espace est impressionnant — 10 chambres, 5 salles de bain — chacun a pu disposer de son propre coin. On a adoré la piscine chauffée, les terrasses, le barbecue et cette ambiance très conviviale autour des grands repas préparés dans la cuisine bien équipée.La propriété offre un lieu de détente idéale, tout en étant à deux pas des plages, des bars et des supermarchés de Marbella. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux — Maria, la personne qui nous a ouvert, était très attentionnée (notamment la paella-party improvisée !) et tout a été d’une fluidité parfaite.Un séjour vraiment exceptionnel — parfait pour un grand groupe cherchant à s’amuser, se détendre et profiter d’un cadre chic et pratique. On recommande sans hésiter !
