Home from home for us because we live in a barn conversion in UK. This house was similar - converted from a long house I think . The kitchen was well equipped and the house was spacious. Large square garden area with a lovely swimming pool. Swimming pool not fenced and garden not gated so not suitable for toddlers / children under five unless you are happy to watch them 24/7 and lock house when you are inside . Lots toys for children 5. Table tennis table in garden too . Short journey by car to le clerc supermarket. and st malo. Recommend Dinan beside river for good seafood dishes and especially Cancale where you can buy 12 oysters for 7.50 direct fromOyster producers on the harbour side . . We have enjoyed our stay and can vouch for the medicalFacilities at st malo being excellent due to one of our grandchildren having an overnight stay at the hospital after becoming ill . Staff were wonderful in spite of language difference.. Laurence was helpful and handover straightforward .

Merveilleux séjour!

Nos vacances dans la propriété de Hortense ont été tout simplement formidables. La maison est très vaste, joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée! La piscine (chauffée) est superbe ainsi que tous les autres équipements (jeux de société, table de ping-pong, jouets, etc.). Et l’emplacement de la maison est top! Merci beaucoup à vous, nous reviendrons avec plaisir un jour!

Une magnifique propriété

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Hortense. Nous étions trois couples avec nos (grands) enfants. La maison est très spacieuse et tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous. La table de ping-pong et les nombreux jeux de société ont ravis petits et grands lors de nos soirées et même si nous n'avons que très peu profité de la piscine à cause du temps, sa présence est fort appréciable quand le soleil est au rendez-vous. La maison est également idéalement située, très proche de Saint Malo et de Cancale, avec un Leclerc a 5 minutes pour les courses. Merci pour les petites attentions qui nous attendaient lors de notre arrivée. Nous recommandons fortement la maison d'Hortense et serions ravis d'y revenir pour un prochain séjour.
