Hello Jennifer. You gave us all 5 stars on everything and then just a one star overall which is what we are actually rated on and future guests see. Was this an error? If not, please let us know where we need to improve.
Exactly as advertised clean and a great location
Only drawback is hot rods going down the streets at night but other than that everything was good
Will definitely stay there again
My 16 year old son and I stayed here for three nights while we rode dirt bikes. Great location, clean and well stocked with all we needed. Would definitely stay again!
We thoroughly enjoyed in this property. it was just as described and it was a great location away from the hustle of downtown. The perfect size for our family of 3.
We enjoyed our stay at this cute little house. So close to everything without all the noise of the downtown area. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.
This is great property to stay at. It is close to Arches and Canyon Land parks. We loved the set up. The place is is new. It has all the conveniences of home and there are three flat screen tv's set up with all the viewing options. The beds were very comfortable and it was easy to communicate with the owners. We would definitely return.
This was a wonderful place to stay. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the area. The cookies were a great welcoming touch. Would recommend to anyone.
Nice location for exploring Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse. Nicely stocked, comfortable, and quiet. If you are sleep in loft, be prepared to crawl!
We loved our stay here. The house was super close to the state parks and the town. It was super clean and had everything we needed. There was a little sitting area on the porch as well as a picnic table and grill outside. The host was very responsive and even left us a welcome note and cookies! Definitely recommend. Would stay here again.
This was an ideal spot for our family of four while in Moab. The location is ideal just on the south side of Moab (Moab not being a big place, it was convenient to quickly drive to restaurants and to the parks/hikes we wanted to do). The place appears to be almost brand new and was immaculately clean. The layout maximizes space and enabled everyone to have their own space - my husband and I in our room, our daughter upstairs and our son elected to sleep on the couch. The kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you might need, the bathroom had nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotion, and there was even a container of laundry detergent for the laundromat that is conveniently right on property. The sheets and bath towels were very soft/high-quality (our only quibble would be that the pillows are MyPillows, which are expensive but we all found uncomfortable). Our kids liked that when we were back from activities and relaxing that the smart TVs were connected to all the streaming services. The owner communicated well ahead of time to fill us in the details (she even left us cookies upon arrival), and the door has a keypad, so it was super easy to deal with getting in and out. We all loved it and would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Moab.
Loved our tiny home. Plenty of room for the two of us. The welcome cookies were excellent and the response to a question was answered immediately. I would recommend this to anyone.
This property was perfect for our stay in Moab. We had everything we needed, the host was very responsive when I had questions, the house was super clean and the perfect size. We were minutes from Arches and Canyonlands Nat'l Parks. I'm sure we'll be back for our next Moab adventure.
Loved this place. Just me and my wife. Perfect for a couple.
