Great spot for vacation

This was a great beach vacation spot. It was two blocks from the beach, has very nice neighbors and was all I needed to enjoy a quiet relaxing week.

Awesome Stay

We were there for a week. Great location! Beach is very close with some nice restaurants up the road. Condo was super cute. It was a very easy checkin/checkout process!

Wonderful. Clean condo. features a kitchenette with cookware, plates and glasses. Perfect for a single family like us. We read reviews before we went so we knew to bring linens and towels. Ice machine was a great bonus. Super close to the beach. If we could rate it higher we would. Thank you Jill!

Beach-y get-a-way

The perfect spot for access to all Wells offers! Quick walk to the beach and Billy’s Chowder House. Minutes from shops and restaurants! Host was very friendly and helpful! Checked in on the ease of our arrival and made herself available if we needed anything! Can not wait to return next year!

Block from the Ocean

Location was perfect! Pictures give a true image of the condo. Bring linens and towels but everything else is included. Jill was always available through email or phone. So accommodating and specific with instructions and assistance. Can’t wait to return.

over all the property was ok, condo is small and clean.Lighting is terrible, even with the two small lamps and the fan light it is still dark. The two bed pillows are not great and should be replaced with some better bigger pillows for comfort. The bath room is small but works very well. Could use a bath mat for getting out of the shower due to the floor being a little slippery because the shower allows some water to get onto the floor. The shower is getting mold around the bottom which makes it look kind of gross even though it had been cleaned. The views for this location are not great, thank goodness the beach is only about 2 blocks away.

Loved our stay

Check-in process was very easy. Location is amazing, right across the street there is a playground and you can walk to the beach. Everything was clean. The kitchenette was very well stocked. The bed and pull out couch were comfortable. Would stay again!

Great location & comfy bed

One block from the ocean, clean, and very comfortable queen size bed! Jill is always available and so accommodating. Love this area for shopping, lunch/dinner places are plentiful and short drive to Ogunquit or Kennebunkport.

Beach Getaway!

we came up to Wells from CA to visit family and enjoy the beach. when we came across this vrbo listing it was perfect for us as we would not be spending much time inside. this wonderful little condo by the beach exceeded all our expectations. the location was perfect (i know the area very well so I was super excited to stay here). we enjoyed our time walking the beach every morning and feeling the cool ocean air all night. the owner was wonderfully communicative when we booked the property to make sure we were aware of the size based on the number of us who would be there. 2 adults, 2 kids (11 & 6) it was perfect. Next time we come up to Maine, I will be checking in with the owner to see what the availability is. it was lovely!

Beach holiday

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. The location is excellent – a 4 minute walk to the beach or a 30 second walk to the deck that overlooks the sea marsh. The perfect place to relax.

Summer’s last hurrah

Having stayed here over the Fourth of July, was happy to end the summer; Labor Day weekend here as well! Lodging offered everything we needed to spend the last few days of summer with family, great restaurants and such close access to the beach !! See you in 2024!

A quiet place to stay this time of year.

Our flight in was delayed several hours, we arrived at 10pm. The room was as described. Just as the pictures showed. The owner was kind enough to mention in the pre-check in email that linens were not provided. Since we were flying in she was kind enough to provide a pair of sheets, but we had to pack towels. Never crossed our mind to pack a towel for the bathroom floor, dish towels, or condiments such as salt and pepper packets from any drive thru (a stack of leftover napkins because we didn't get any with our order). Other places we've stayed have always had those tucked in a drawer or basket or hotels have them in the lobby. The room was as described, it was comfortable, cozy, and we were out sight seeing most of the time. But with a few simple amenities I would have gladly given it another star.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Wells for over 25 years. We purchased our summer home in 2014 and then purchased this condo in 2021. We just loved the location of this complex and the shared dock which is perfect to watch the sunsets.
