Nestled on a 6-mile beach spit surround by the ocean on one side and the back bay on the other, just 2 feet from the front door to toes in the sand.

The house wraps around an enclosed courtyard that provides both privacy and openness to the outdoors. Large french doors allow light and air to flow freely from the main bedrooms to the courtyard, creating an indoor-outdoor connection. Gas fireplaces in the bedrooms provide warmth and romance.

The gourmet chef's kitchen/great room boasts 12-foot open beam ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that provide the most epic ocean views. Fourteen-foot dining table seats ten making this space perfect for cooking, eating and socializing. The gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance for long conversations into the evening.

The home is airy and spacious at 3200 square feet with a 1000 square foot waterfront deck that provides extended living and leisure space. Ideal for flip-flop living, weddings, family reunions, and couple getaways.

What an awesome property

Everything was excellent from communication with the property host all the way to the views that set up the house everything involved the weather is awesome. The beach was clean. The house is beautiful and clean. Me and my family had an awesome time there definitely going back.

Beautiful Beach House

This place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of space for your family to spread out and the beach is right out the back door! Beds are very comfortable and has a huge kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and a good way from busy, touristy Ensenada proper. You will sleep well and wake up to a serene view from the deck! Dawn was always very responsive and ready to answer and help with anything you need.

Beautiful Beach House

The beach house was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. Having filtered water at every faucet was very helpful. The water turned off at one point (not great timing), but was fixed in an hour. Not putting toilet paper in the toilets was inconvenient, but understandable. Overall, we had a great experience.

The pictures don’t do this house or the beach outside justice. Just an amazing place, with tons of room, high-end amenities, and easy access to all activities in south Ensenada — Pai Pai, La Bufadora, Las Cañadas — while still feeling a million miles away.

The house was better than even what the picture showed. The host is very attentive. The house has everything you need from appliances, plates and silverware easy drive to nearby attractions in will definitely stay here again.

Great fit!

The drive is worth the place. Dawn is such a great communicator and reliable manager. Pictures are spot on with this jewel. There is a grocery store less than 10 mins away, Las Cañadas only 15 mins away, La Bufadora only 12-15 min away and the beach steps away. The home is clean, organized, and well taken care of. We actually decided to stay an extra day and it worked out great. Once you enter the home you will be amazed by the beautiful scene and layout. We can’t wait to come back! The home has everything you need; towels, lounge chair, soap, dishes, pots, clean linens, fire pit, and since we used the wood that was there we bought more and left it for the next guest. Thank you for your hospitality and look forward to our next stay.

Great experience

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The beach is beautiful and we had it mostly to ourselves. Dawn was quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. The kitchen and living area are perfect for cooking and spending time with friends. Excellent experience we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Ocean Home!

Gorgeous home on a beautiful beach! This property was as advertised with a couple of nice surprises - house is piped with fresh water - big laundry room - lower deck has plexiglass windows to block the wind, and hot spring feed beach about a 5 min walk South.

Great Escape

Absolutely spectacular stay! My fiancé and I spent several days at this incredible house on a recon mission to see if it would be a good place for our upcoming wedding. Needless to say it checked all of our boxes and more. First, we need to commend Dawn and Tina Jo for being the perfect hosts....extremely attentive without being the least bit obtrusive. Very responsive and they both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. As for the house itself, again, all we can say is WOW and that you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here (the photos online are beautiful but do not do justice to what you’ll experience once you arrive). The house is appointed with a stylish, high end beach house feel to it, but very comfortable all the same. Living, dining and kitchen area are all open together making this the focal point for entertaining and enjoying the company of all the guests who might be staying. The outside patio is another area all to itself with a combination of shade or sun. Also well appointed and perfect for dining alfresco. Comfortable beds with en-suite bathrooms in 3 of the bedrooms lends to any privacy concerns. Finally, there’s the beach and once again, it was hard to find any fault. Wide, long and perfect for walking and any runners in the group. Being situated in a large bay, there really isn’t much surf, but perfect of young kids and swimmers (water was probably in the low 70’s while we were there). Also, for anyone interested in fishing, the lagoon behind the house offers all you could ask for. To conclude, we ended up booking for the wedding which should tell you all you need to know about how we feel about not only the house, but the overall experience of the whole area. Perfect spot to escape all the craziness we’ve all been enduring. Highly, highly recommend!
