Enjoy a 360° view of the ocean, bay, estuary, and the famous “La Bufadora” mountain. This newly built home is situated near the tip of “Lengueta Arenosa”, a 7-mile sand bar.
Unwind at this peaceful beachside nature preserve. The house has large floor-to-ceiling windows so you can enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy sea and mountain panoramic views from the large open terrace or have a nighttime bonfire right off the beachfront patio. The house is located adjacent to the Punta Banda Estuary, which extends into Todos Santos (All Saints) Bay, perfect for recreational activities such as fishing, hiking, birdwatching (migration ground and home of various endangered species), kayaking, swimming, collecting seashells, or just basking in the sun on the white golden sand.
The town has several restaurants and convenient stores only a short drive away.
