Situé dans la rue principale (commerces et restaurants) et proche de la plage l’appartement est pratique pour tous déplacements à pied Seul petit bémol rue très bruyante le soir et obligation de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes par rapport à la chaleur donc soirées animées 😉 L’appartement est suffisamment équipé pour cuisiner, nous avons apprécié le lave-vaisselle L’appartement est beaucoup plus grand que l’impression qu’il donne sur les photos (très bonne surprise) et est parfaitement entretenu La terrasse est appréciable et spacieuse (manque peut-être un transat pour bouquiner avant la plage ) La propriétaire est très serviable, c’est agréable d’avoir un interlocuteur à l’écoute Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Parfait !

Nous étions 6 amies, et l'appartement était parfait ! Un salon très spacieux, une localisation plus que parfaite. Il y avait une super ambiance dans la rue, des restaurants tout autour, et 1 minute chrono pour aller à la plage qui est top aussi. (Parfait pour les randos aussi) Je recommande +++ , la propriétaire nous a fait confiance du début à la fin et c'était super ! Nous pourrions revenir avec joie dans cet appart de la Capte !

Quelques améliorations seraient souhaitables concernant les conditions de réservation d’Abritel en autre l’encaissement immédiate de la caution et la restitution par contre qui peut être différée entraînant une avance de trésorerie non négligeable.
