Fantastic Large Chalet. Beautifully furnished and well equipped with excellent modern equipment. Brand new Sauna and large boot room. Very short walk to slopes and near the shop, ski hire and 2-restaurants. Absolutely perfect for our group of 11 (6-Adults and 5-children). 5 stars.

Comfortable and cosy chalet

The chalet is beautifully finished and well equipped. The property manager met us early and gave us a very thorough tour and instructions to use the sauna, and all the equipment. Welcome wine was an unexpected pleasure! Beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Plenty of space for 8 of us and the kids’ bedroom was spacious and tucked away so that no-one was disturbed by noise. The ski / boot room was really great and we used that mainly for access. Dart board was a bonus! The listing on Vrbo could be improved - we didn’t actually know which of the two chalets in the building we were getting until we arrived. We were pleased with the upstairs regardless but it would be better to know in advance! In an ideal world we would have welcomed a 3rd toilet but managed ok.

très beau chalet et propriétaires bien sympathiques. très bon accueil, rien à redire. Seul bémol, villard reculas est un peu éloigné de l'alpe d'huez surtout lorsque le col est fermé. difficile de profiter de l'après ski.

Wonderful chalet with a beautiful view

We stayed in Montana 2, we received a warm welcome from the owners! The chalet is spacious and comfortable, we stayed with 8 adults and a baby. Perfect place to be if you are babysitting or just relaxing. The chalet is very sunny all day long. And it was also very close to the skilift, that brings you to Alpe d’ Huez.

Le Montana - April 2019

We had a fabulous stay in Le Montana 2 in April 2019 (sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms - nb. no sofa beds). The chalet is only recently completed and therefore feels like new. The furniture and décor is modern and tasteful but the chalet retains the warm cosy feel you expect when in a mountain ski resort - the photos are accurate, it really does have a 'wow factor'. Unlike many chalets, it feels very spacious, the focus has not been to create as many berths as possible but create an environment which is welcoming and lovely to live in when you are not on the slopes. As one would expect the facilities and equipment (kitchen, TV, wifi etc) are all excellent. Importantly, access to the ski slopes is very easy. We love Villard-Reculas and this chalet is a welcome addition to the village. We will be returning next year I'm sure!

Une semaine de ski superbe à 8 dans chalet confortable et même spacieux pour 10 . Tout marche wifi , eau chaude, chauffage ,Télé canal ..., musique, tout est facile d'utilisation. Pistes à 3mn , mon coin préfèré du domaine de l'alpes huez . Arrivé et départ sans soucis , très bon accueil. Je pense bien revenir

It was a fabulous chalet which we would return to in a heartbeat. Beautifully designed and equipped.

The chalet was newly completed and in immaculate condition with lovely views to the mountains. This was not a faceless new build but designed with heart and attention to detail. The kitchen was really well equipped with large dishes for family catering. The downstairs lounge was a great place to relax and the automatic stove kept the place cosy. The bedrooms were chaeacteedul. There is restricted headroom in the rooms upstairs because it is directly under the roof. It didn’t bother us at all and added to the charm. The upstairs balcony was a great spot for a quiet drink at the end of the day. We really loved it in the chalet and the owners were so helpful and welcoming. Thank you.

Nice and Complete Chalet, Beautiful Ski area, we spent very good holidays in Montana

Good and new house, very luxury with a bathroom in every sleeping room. Very close to ski lift (walking/skiing distance).

Tres bel appartement chaleureux au pieds des piste
