The best of both worlds! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk, but the few blocks keep you distanced from the traffic and noise. This porch is worth every . Stocked with all the small necessities. The only complaint we've had with both our stays here, is that the mattresses could use an upgrade. Otherwise, perfect.

My family and I had a very lovely stay at this condo. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Living room, dining room and kitchen is nicely furnished with plenty of seating. All rooms have a tv with cable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the basics for use such as plates cups and silverware, a coffee maker, bowls pots and pans, etc. There is a dishwasher and toaster oven available but I can not comment on the condition as we did not use them during our stay. Washer and dryer in unit is a big plus. The beach access stairs are just a few steps away from the building and there is a beautiful view of the ocean from the front patio of the condo. The 2nd bedroom also features a 2nd small patio that has a nice view of the lake as well as a view of the wonderful pool that is available for guests. Covered parking for two cars and access to a storage closet in the parking area for your beach/pool gear so you do not have to haul those up stairs at the end of the day. The building also has a wall mount shower spray near the pool for use to de-sand after the beach as there are none available at the closest beach access so that is also another big plus to have for guests to use. The boardwalk and surrounding shops and restaurants are only a 4 to 5 minute walk. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful Location!

Porch is amazing! Very thoughtful accommodations by the owner - Beach gear in downstairs closet, hooks for towels on the porch, plenty of kitchen utensils, stocked with cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. This location is awesome for fully taking in Carolina Beach.

Great Condo!

We had a very nice time while we spent the week in Carolina Beach! The location was amazing and was a great place to stay so close to the beach. The views and the porch were the highlight of this property!

The location of the property was excellent. It was In walkable distance to all the fun things in tow

Overall stay was comfortable and peaceful. The property was good size for four adults and had a WiFi that was reliable. Our stay was not interrupted by rude or rowdy neighbors which is always very nice.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen supplies you would need. It was very close walk to the beach. Large porch with a beautiful ocean view. Boardwalk and restaurants were just a short walk. I would stay again next year.

Relaxing Vacation Spot

The condo was great, it came with several items to use to make packing us and 4 kids a little easier. Everything was clean and very comfortable feeling. Like a home away from home. Beautiful views and the owners were great. We will definitely be back!

Another great vacation

We have stayed at this condo many times and always have a great experience! Loved listening to the ocean

My son and I came for a quick visit. Loved morning coffee watching the sunrise on the fantastic deck. This was exactly what we were hoping for and it met all expectations.

Property is in a great location. You have great views of the ocean and the lake. The ocean side porch is excellent for children and family time. It is within walking distance to town. The park at the lake is excellent for children. Only draw back is if you are carrying a lot to the beach you can't use a cart or buggy at the beach access which is directly across from the home. There is a ramp access a little down the road. Overall I would recommend.

Loved the Condo

The condo was very cozy, clean, beautiful view of the ocean from one side, and the lake on the other side. Ronan was very communicative, had small issue with shower, he gave us a temporary solution. Also checked in with us mid week to make sure everything was still ok.

Relaxing

Clean, nicely furnished, only drawback is owners in upstairs unit are very loud. I think they know and dont care. Would stay again though.
