Freshly renovated and furnished three bedroom house with heated saltwater pool in Sag Harbor Village.

Central A/C and heat with smart thermostats. Living room ceiling goes up to 15 feet high. Gigabit fiber internet with wifi coverage throughout home, including dedicated outdoor router for poolside video streaming. All bedroom windows have blackout shades. Also includes laundry, Peloton bike, Weber gas grill, and dedicated workspace with oversized monitor. Stroll or bike into town or Haven's Beach (two new cruiser bikes are included). Local property manager will be available for assistance throughout your stay.

Master bedroom has a king bed with Frette linens and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Finished basement includes workspace/desk and Peloton bike.

Garage fits one car. Driveway can accommodate four cars.

Wonderful family vacation

We feel grateful to have found this beautiful vacation rental on short notice. The hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive from the time of answering our questions pre-booking, during the visit and to following up afterward. The house is beautiful - just as shown in the photos and very user-friendly. We loved that this house had a little bit of everything we needed on vacation as a family. It also had lots of light and a lovely breeze if you opened the windows up. Any questions or issues we had during our stay were promptly addressed - whether it was communicating with the owner or the house watching company. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood and walkable to the town or beach. Driving is also possible to the nearest beach (without permit for a very small fee for parking). We walked and drove depending on our mood. The backyard and pool were my favorite features - saltwater, lovely plantings (seemed to keep bugs away too), and perfectly shaded at certain hours of the day.

We're a family of four living in Brooklyn (our kids are a two-year old and a newborn). This is our only rental property. We've invested a lot in order to upgrade and furnish what was already a nice house when we bought it. We worked with a local designer and spent a month living in the house ourselves in order to ensure that it's comfortable for all visitors.
