The villa

This beautiful villa of more than 200 m² of living space has recently been carefully renovated by its new owners, who have made it a haven of softness and tranquility.

With a capacity of 14 people, the villa is made up of 6 large bedrooms, including 5 double bedrooms (4 sea view) and 1 dormitory bedroom (sea view) with 4 single beds and 3 shower rooms. A very nice equipped kitchen of more than 20 m² composes the property. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The exteriors

On the superb covered terrace with sea view, a lounge area and an outdoor dining room with electric plancha.

The property extends over more than 1,200 m² with easy indoor parking and includes a swimming pool not overlooked, equipped with a heat pump, a shower and deckchairs.

A lighted petanque court completes the whole thing accompanied by a large garden furniture suitable for aperitifs.

Ideal location

As the villa is located on the edge of SAINTE-MAXIME, you can reach this very lively town in a few minutes with many restaurants, a gaming casino and access by shuttle bus to SAINT-TROPEZ or use the cycle/pedestrian paths that run along the entire seaside towards SAINTE-MAXIME, PORT-GRIMAUD or SAINT-TROPEZ.

Tennis: 5 tennis courts are 2 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot, this is the tennis club of Sainte-Maxime, whose lessons can be booked by telephone or online.
Sailing: The sailing school is 4 min by car or 20 min on foot, many courses are organized during the summer for all audiences.
Restaurants: 15 min. on foot, very close to the tennis courts 2 restaurants "les petits galets" as well as the "maxim plage"
