Charming 50s house 400 m from the beach

Come enjoy a pleasant stay in this typical and comfortable 1950s-era house. Located 400 m from the main beach in St. Michel and 800 m from local shops.
Leave your car behind and enjoy your holiday on foot or by bike.

This house features a very bright living area comprising a living room with a sofa, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
The house has electric heating. A heating fee will be charged from October through the end of April.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave,
a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and a Mr. Cuisine food processor.

The living area opens onto a beautiful, large south-facing terrace with garden furniture, where you can hear the sound of the waves.

One bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the second has a 140x190 bed, and the third has a bunk bed with a 140x190 bed on the bottom and a 90x190 bed on the top.

The house features a fully enclosed 500m² garden.
A barbecue is available for your use, as well as lounge chairs.
Free parking is available in front of the house.

A water sports club is located 400 m away (water sports, catamaran sailing, sand yachting, etc.), and there are bars, restaurants, and shops (bakery, produce store, butcher, etc.) near the house.

Bed linens and towels are not provided.
We offer a cleaning service. However, the house must be left in a reasonable condition: dishes washed and put away
Cleaning fee: €100. (You are responsible for cleaning the refrigerator, oven, and barbecue.)
