Come relaxin this premium unit with a large flat screen TV in the living room or on the extended balcony with breathtaking views of the sugar white sands of the Gulf ofMexico. Or sleep on the large king size bed and listen to the waves roll in with balcony access from the master bedroom. (Bonus: new King mattress in the master bedroom!) A queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom with a flat screen TV. And the third bedroom has two double beds with a flat screen TV. If you need more sleeping space, the new couch folds out to a queen size bed.



If you enjoy cooking during your vacation this kitchen will not disappoint. There are stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to create culinary masterpieces. You can serve the meal at the large dining table that seats 6people and 4 additional people at the high top counter.

There are plenty of activities for the whole family including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a newly renovated zero entry outdoor pool and new grilling area. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don’t forget we are right next door to the world famous Flora-Bama.



This unit is keyless so you don’t have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
