Guest Access:
Parking:
You can park 1 vehicle for free in the parking spot directly in front of the property. Please make sure to park in the spot labeled with your unit number. Please don't park on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.
Guests have full access to the property and have complimentary access to the community clubhouse and sports courts. There is an additional fee for using the swimming pool. To make the most of these facilities, residents and tenants must carry identification and the Access Card provided by the HOA Administration Office.
The Neighborhood:
Ventura Country Club Golf Course, located on the east side of Orlando, minutes from major highways and the international airport, is an affordable, challenging course with attention to detail from tee to green. The greens are in excellent condition and the fairways are well manicured. Ventura is a semi-private golf course and welcomes outside play. The community is private but the golf course is open to the public. Golfers simply need a tee time to enter.
Ventura Country Club has always been the hidden gem of Orlando. With the addition of all new Champion Bermuda Greens, Ventura Country Club is on its way to becoming the Best Conditioned, Best Value and the Most Player Friendly golf course in the Orlando Area! If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
