Home will NOT be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. We are from the Atlanta area and make frequent trips to Panama City Beach after falling in love with it. We are happy to share our Beach vacation home with others and hope our guests enjoy this beautiful beach town like a true local.
Why they chose this property
Great location. Close to the Beach and to Pier Park. Tons of restaurants and shopping located very close! Complimentary use of our Golf Cart for the duration of your stay. But you may never want to leave the house as the backyard is outstanding and house has everything you need!
