Brand new apartment, fully renovated in November 2022!
Be among the first guests to book and get great rates (we have many good reviews for other flats, don't hesitate to check them) !
4th floor of a well kept and traditional Portuguese building (no elevator).
3 bedrooms, a living-room with 2 large couches and a dining area with a table that sits 6 guests.
Fully equipped kitchen : large fridge/freezer, stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine/dryer, Nespresso machine, boiler, toaster, kitchenware.
Bathroom with a shower and plenty of hot water (water heater).
Steady & fast wifi, Cable TV.
Always bright and airy (due to its double exposure).
Nice view on the Tagus river from the kitchen and one bedroom.
High ceiling.
Traditional features.
Wooden floors.
Bed linen and towels (one large one per guest) provided.
Location, location, location!
Probably the best you can find in Lisbon if you want to enjoy the historical city.
Our flat is central as it gets, which makes it the ideal base to explore Lisbon, and the neighbourhood has an incredible village feel.
The iconic and world famous Bica tram is literally just around the corner.
Many restaurants and cafes around, as well as traditional food stores and a supermarket.
The Baixa Chiado metro station, at the heart of the city, is a 5 minute walk, as is the Bairro Alto and it's famous night life.
The Rio Tejo (Tagus River) is a mere 10 minute walk.

The location of this flat is central to everything. We walked easily to great restaurants, sights, trams, trains, groceries. The views out to the river and the city were great. The kitchen had all the basics. All the beds were very comfortable! Much appreciated after all the walking and stairs around the city. Climbing the stairs to the fourth floor got easier as the week went on. Charles and his team were very responsive to any messages.

Excellent apartment in central location.

Four of us rented the apartment for a week. It is very clean, well appointed with good facilities. Just be aware that access is by stairs only as there is no lift. It is in a lively area with plenty of small bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Lovely building with vintage charm, in the heart of the action. The apartment was clean and of ample size for us. Also, having the washer/dryer was very helpful. Excellent communication with the host. We would absolutely stay again!
