Spacious vaulted condo with split bedrooms, tile main rooms, sunny kitchen and terrific Lanai that enjoys long views across 18th fairway (no morning golfers) and to ponds, palms, bunkers. Nice size for 2, with room for 4. Sunny new updated Kitchen, spotlessly clean, covered parking, gated community.

Our 3rd VRBO property in this area, we think Spring Run is the nicest yet.
Why they chose this property
Incredibly perfect SE exposure over 18th fairway - best view in Spring Run. Landscaping here is matured with many large oak trees, palms, and abundant shrubbery. Clubhouse, Restaurants, Outdoor Bar and Course are all new in 2023, neighbors are friendly. The course is a gem, great walking in an out of the community.
What makes this property unique
Might sound odd, but this is such friendly community. Polite, nice people. Even if you are not a golfer, you'll love the view-vistas everywhere you go.
