This newly refreshed 4th-floor condo offers all the comforts of home with a view and offers plenty of room to relax and spend time with family and friends. Only steps away, guests can easily access the private stretch of sugar-sand beaches and sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

While Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we do recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Location of this property is perfect! Close to the beach, pompano joes, and shopping! We didn't need to rent a car for our stay, just walked everywhere! The condo could use a little updating but we had everything we needed for a great stay! Bed was comfortable!

Wish there would have been beach towels/chairs to use at the condo. It did come with 2 chairs and an umbrella that were set up each day at the beach which was wonderful but a couple more beach chairs at the condo would have been nice.

Great Family Condo

This condo was all around a great place for our family. The check in and out was really smooth and the property manager was responsive to our questions. We enjoyed staying at the Ciboney condos. It’s in a great location right across the street from the beach! Very clean and people very friendly! Short walk next-door to gift shop and ice cream parlor. Right on the main drag of scenic view Drive you can go in either direction with nice sidewalks… We would definitely stay here again if returning to Destin!

Amazing Trip

This was an amazing area with a private beach. The chairs and umbrellas that are included were a huge plus. The beach was very nice and area was great. We will definitely be back. The best part is pets stays free! All pictures and views are 100% accurate.

Family Reunion Vacation

Condo was perfect! Clean, well-appointed and convenient to the beach. Bunk room was great and cozy though one teen was too tall 6 ft for the bed so they slept on sofa sleeper. Loved the decor of this condo which was tastefully decorated. Family loved our vacation at this condo and would definately stay here again.

The condo had everything I needed: TVs, washer/dryer, a great kitchen fully loaded with dishes and cookware. The view to the beach is awesome and the walking distance is not much, right across the street. It has a place to wash off the sand afterwards which is a plus. And the pool was great! My dog didn’t have much fun since the county has many restrictions on pets but he liked the condo so he was ok. There’s lots of stores and restaurants nearby and the main road to everything is accessible from the condo in just 5 minutes. This place really was a great choice. Worth the money.

Stayed Valentine’s day weekend and loved it. Great Condo for the price and family friendly. The location is fabulous! Easy in and out with free parking. The beach is right across the street. They had baggage carts on site, easy on elevator. The condo was very CLEAN with three bedrooms/two bath & sofa bed with kitchen and laundry room. The beds were very comfortable, and all was nicely furnished. It had all the essentials you need. It was ideal for my family. BEAUTIFUL VIEW off the balcony of the water. We even got to see dolphins. My family took long walks on the trail and enjoyed local restaurants in the area. This condo was pet friendly, so we brought our little chihuahua they had a dog walking area and little dog park. I definitely will be returning.

Wonderful Location!

This condo was perfect for my family of 5 and two small dogs. We could’ve had another couple come along and still been very comfortable. Easy self check in, and helpful emails with information on things to do and places to eat. Big balcony with a beautiful view. Convenient coffee shop and souvenir shop right next door. Walk right across the street to the beach with chairs reserved with our name on it for the stay. Showers located right in front of the building to rinse off, which was great! Then, a perfect temperature pool to refresh after a day at the beach. The dog walk area was super close, which you know if traveling with pets it sometimes can be a long, exhausting walk. Never had to wait for the elevator. We didn’t want to spend a ton this trip, and also didn’t want to stay in a basic hotel so this place was absolutely perfect. Exceeded my expectations. We could’ve stayed for a month, we didn’t want to leave.
