Enjoy a very pretty villa of 135m2 with thatched roof, on 1200m2 of land and a large private swimming pool, in a quiet and secure residence.

Description of the villa with a capacity of 06 people:
large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is private and 2 toilets. All bedrooms are equipped with new fans, 02 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Similarly, all beds have an individual mosquito net.
Well equipped kitchen, there is everything you need, microwave, gas stove, new fridge/freezer, toaster, teapot, new classic coffee maker + Senséo, citrus press...
The house is air-conditioned if needed, mosquito nets are installed on each window and patio door.

As far as equipment is concerned:
wifi throughout the house and around the pool, smart TV - 106 cm with a very large choice of channels, XBOX 360 with some games.

Description of the 20m2 hut for 02 people IF activated:
Large bedroom with double bed + single bed if required, a bathroom with large walk-in shower + 1 toilet. The hut is not air-conditioned but equipped with a new fan.

In the garden:
In the garden, enjoy a beautiful 5*12m swimming pool with beach for the little ones, exposed in the morning and shaded in the middle of the afternoon. The garden is grassed and richly wooded, banana trees, lemon trees, flamboyant, frangipani, papaya... a paradise for bird lovers and local fauna.
The large terrace houses a large table for up to 06 people (additional table if needed), an outdoor lounge and a bar + its plancha.
Petanque, shuffleboard and Molky games are at your disposal
Gabriel takes care of the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool every morning. He is very discreet.

Pricing details:
Jeanne, our housekeeper, always smiling and very kind, will be present according to your days of preference, for the interview. In any case, we ask her to spend 03 mornings per week (Monday-Wednesday-Friday).
Its service is included in the price, except in the following cases:
- if the box is activated, in this case, 3000 FCFA or 4.5 euros, per day of service will be paid to him at the end of the stay.
- if you ask her on Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends, in this case, 5000 FCFA or 7.5 euros per day will also be paid to her at the end of your stay.
Jeanne, a good cook, can also, if necessary, prepare your lunch for you.

The box is extra, if you book, 30 euros or 20000 FCFA per day will be paid to Jeanne upon your arrival.

Electricity consumption is at your expense, 200 FCFA per KWH or 30 euro cents. Jeanne takes the reading on your arrival and departure for payment on site.
Arrivals are after 3pm and departures before 11am unless previously agreed.

Miscellaneous:
Many services are in the surrounding area, mini-market, bakery (5 to 10 min walk), hairdresser, bank with ATM, very nice restaurants, car hire... and beach nearby (15 min walk or by free carriage).
