About this property

Same local favorite, an even better nightly rate, and now with NO CLEANING FEE!

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house is located conveniently just minutes off exit 25 of I-87, providing quick and easy access to the excitement of Lake George in the summer, Gore Mountain in the winter, and of course all of the natural beauty of Loon Lake, and the endless nearby outdoor activities of the Adirondacks year-round. We feature a master bedroom with a king bed, as well as 2 murphy style twins that are either folded away, or open in a bunk bed configuration; the second floor features 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a single twin tucked neatly into a loft space (kids love these!), our daylight basement boasts a queen size sleeper sofa along with a projector w/Roku for movie nights, and the main floor sunroom has both a cozy sitting area, and additional dining space. The deck off the second floor features a hot tub, and a dedicated game room in the basement features several arcade cabinets, a full-size air hockey table, and a ping pong table. The kitchen is complete with all the necessities for preparing a home cooked meal, and there's a Weber grill just outside as well. Our large front deck extends the full width of the house, and offers the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure, or to enjoy your morning coffee as the lake comes to life.
We've provided everything you'll need to have a relaxing, and memorable stay, and truly believe our house is the perfect retreat for your family getaway, whether your family is large or small! The only items we don't supply are beach towels, and personal toiletries.

This property does have 3 exterior cameras. One camera views the driveway, a second is positioned to see the back door to the house (this is the main entrance), and a third views the front yard. All 3 are plainly visible. We do not monitor these cameras while guests are enjoying the house, they are primarily used to keep an eye on things when the house is vacant, or to act as a point of reference should we ever receive a complaint from a neighbor.

Winter getaway

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay at North pine Lodge. Kids had so much to do after we came back from skiing. Hot tub, arcade games, air hockey, board games… it was great! Spacious and rooms were as expected. Everything was clean and it was super easy communicating with our host. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Family ski weekend

House was great and communication with owner/manager was helpful and pleasant. It was large enough for us all to stay together and the neighborhood was pretty(we had lots of snow). Our grandchildren enjoyed the games and movie in the basement and hot tub. It was great for all ages! Skiing at Gore was great too.

Family Vacation

Three generations under one roof - plenty of sleeping space. We had an amazing time & made wonderful memories. Walked to the lake, kayaking, hot tub & game room for all to enjoy. Property owner responded quickly when we had questions. Definitely would stay again when returning to Lake Loon.

Perfect house for our ski trip to Gore

The house had everything we needed for our trip. Enough room for our two families of 4. Plenty to do for our kids (age 8-12). Close proximity to our ski destination (Gore Mtn). Owner responded quickly with a question we had. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great spot

Very nice place right near Loon Lake. We were a total of 8 with 4 kids and 4 adults. Kids loved the game room and hot tub. Very nice set up with the kids area downstairs and adults upstairs. Nice open kitchen and bonus dining/sun room right off the living room. We were there to ski at Gore which is about 20 minutes away. I definitely would recommend.

Christmas Holiday at North Pine!

Wow…what a wonderful week at North Pine Lodge! Our family enjoyed a blend of food, fun, games, skiing, and simply spending time at this beautiful property. The kitchen is well appointed with all necessities and the house has space for our family of seven to spread out or hang together. The game room, projection TV, and of course, the hot tub all all family favorites! The host takes great care to ensure a fun time for all. Very well done beginning to end! This is our second stay at North Pine…and we will be back!

Southern Adirondack Tranquility

The only thing that could have made this better was that if it was my own house! Great hosts, and have really spent the time to make their house more of a “lodge getaway” experience rather than a basic place to stay. Perfectly situated for whatever you want to do that the area offers. House is plenty spacious for two families with enough space so you are not in top of each other. Clean and comfortable, refreshed, updated and decor is tasteful and consistent with mountain wilderness. A gem and we look forward to returning. Thanks Patrick!

Family vacation in the Adirondacks

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well-maintained, it was clean and well organized. I wasn’t sure about the bathrooms because I didn’t remember seeing pictures online but both bathrooms were very nice, clean, and provided plenty of space. The host is very responsive to all inquiries which was great too. The garbage removal was a bit annoying as others have mentioned but it was minor. I’m guessing it keeps the property in this neighborhood free from unwanted animals like bears, and I’m glad for that. The house is really tucked away. The weather was cooler than we expected but it allowed for us to take in a few hikes including Kipp and Stewart Mtns. We really enjoyed going to the stone caves and bridges as well as the rail bikes in North Creek. We even explored Lake George and hit the Great Escape with the kids and they loved it. All in all we had fun!

North Pine Lodge = Great Annual Family Ski Trip

To the Nolles Family, We are so happy we’ve decided to stay at North Pine Lodge. We are a family of 11. My husband, myself and our 2 kids and my brother in law with my 2 nephews and their 2 friends plus grandparents. All kids are teenagers ranges from 13-18. The house was spacious, warm and very cozy. We really love the pine woods. It’s very clean throughout and it had everything we needed for our stay. We got over 16” of fresh snow so it made our ski trip so much more fun. Gore Mountain is 15 mins away and it was perfect. Patrick was accessible for any questions/concerns before and during and after our stay. He was very courteous and accommodating. He also made sure that the driveways were plowed. The hot tub was newly treated for use however it was way too cold even for the kids. All the beds were very comfortable and all the linens were nice and fresh. All room has it own thermostat which was great. We’ve rented ski houses from PA and NY every winter season for the past 7 years and this is definitely one of our favorite. We had a BLAST!!! If we decided to go back up to Gore, this will be our place to stay. We definitely recommend North Pine Lodge…you will not be disappointed! Thank you again for hosting our family!

Beautiful Home & Property! - Decided to rebook within minutes after stepping into home

If you're searching for a place to vacation in the ADKS, this rental is beautiful, well kept, and has plenty to keep families busy! We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The house was clean upon entering, beds were very comfortable, and great kitchen with plenty of amenities. The home is a beautiful, has a well thought out set-up for families looking for somewhere to stay. It has wonderful natural light, with plenty of windows allowing for beautiful views of the outdoors. The walk to the lake is much shorter than it appears in the pictures and you even have a small view of the water from the house, looking out between the trees. The front deck is spacious and a nice touch for just relaxing in the ADK air. The game room, ping pong table, and projector for movie viewing in the basement were great touches for rainy days, or at night. We used the hot tub a few times, which was amazing. The option to use AC is also great for those humid days. There were plenty of surrounding lakes and places to fish right in the area. We mined for garnets at Barton Mines nearby - highly recommended! We hiked Stuart Mountain, within 5 minutes from the house. It was a beautiful view for a 15 minute, moderate hike up. Also, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which is sometimes hard to find in the ADKS. We are usually missing home by day 2 when we go away, but not this time. We were all sad to leave by the end of the stay. We will definitely be back! Don't hesitate to book - It's so worth it!!!

Clean and great for the kids

Property was great. Plenty of games to keep the kids busy and the hot tub was a plus. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with blankets and linens. No complaints. Our only grip was no trash pickup. So we had to take our trash to a landfill which was 20min out of the way (round trip). And a rental car cramped with suitcases and a bag of trash is never fun. A simple bear proof dumpster would be a big help. Not a huge deal so don't let it deter you.

Very clean and owner very accessible

We had a great time!! Spent a day in lake George with a boat tour on the Luc du Saint Sacrement! Beautiful boat. Also did the balloon fest which was a lot of fun. The house was very clean, no musty smell at all no matter which floor you were on. Very well stocked with supplies. Can only see a little piece of the lake but it is literally a one minute walk. I would highly recommend this house

Amazing house & location

We loved everything about our stay at this home! We have stayed in many rentals and this is at the top of the list. The beach was perfect for our young kids and we loved all the extra things: the kayaks, fire pit, projector, game room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and it felt like a well-cared for home. The location was also perfect- we loved feeling like we were in the woods and enjoyed nearby hikes. It was also an easy drive to Lake George and Bolton Landing. We can’t say enough about this home!

Overall, good house

The house is nice. Location is great. The owner is very efficient and great at response time. The beach near by is cute and quiet. And super close. Skylights in every bedroom bring in a lot of light, which made it hard for the kids at night and in the morning going to sleep and staying asleep. Having to remove your own garbage is kind of a hassle too, but the owner was helpful with this. Overall, great experience

We are a family of four with two little boys who love this house more than anything, it began as our special getaway through the craziness of Covid, and our quiet place when we need to escape from everyday life and reconnect as a family, but it's evolved into so much more for us. In the short time we've owned this home, it's been the birthplace of countless memories with family and friends, and we've loved having the opportunity to share it with our guests!

Why they chose this property

One of the best attributes of this house is its location, we are just minutes off the Adirondack northway providing quick access to countless activities any season of the year.

What makes this property unique

We're situated in a community with very few year-round residents, soaking in the hot tub under the stars (or snowflakes) in the winter months, you might feel like the only people on earth, it really is a special experience. In the summer there's a bit more life on the lake, but this home never loses that 'out in the woods' feel, a prominent attribute to its charm. It's the perfect place to get away from it all, while not really being far from anything!
