The Stella Maris villa offers an exceptional view of the sea, with a cape and Canadel Bay in the foreground and the “Golden Islands” of Levant and Port-Cros in the distance.
Canadel Beach is a 10-minute walk from the house.
The house consists of two apartments, each with its own separate entrance: a 2-3-room apartment measuring 50 m² on the ground floor and a 3-4-room apartment measuring 60 m² on the ground floor. Each apartment sleeps four and features a south-facing terrace of 18 m² overlooking the sea.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, and the living room has two single beds. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.
This two-apartment layout is ideal for a large family (for example, with the ground-floor apartment for teenagers and the ground floor for parents and young children… Or the other way around), or for two households or groups of friends.
This house is available for rent in its entirety (i.e., both apartments) to a single tenant: we do not rent the apartments separately.
The fully equipped house is in very good condition, with newly updated electrical wiring, fresh paint, and renovated kitchens.
The house is not directly overlooked but is not isolated, as it is located on a small residential avenue lined with a dozen single-family homes, each with spacious gardens and 2,000 m² of land.
Apart from the garden area surrounding the house (a relaxation area and parking), the 2,000 m² lot is sloped. It is planted with eucalyptus, mimosas, cork oaks, oleanders, arbutus trees, heather, bougainvillea…
Outdoor amenities: 2 large umbrellas. Ping-pong table. Outdoor shower. Private parking for two cars. Electric plancha grill. Remote-controlled gate.
… Lots of charm: some guests have returned for 10 consecutive years.
