Welcome to our exceptional villa with panoramic 180° views of the sea, the Îles d'Or, and the botanical garden of Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Bathed in natural light, the villa opens onto a majestic bay window nearly 9 metres wide, a true invitation to contemplation. The villa is brand new (available for rent in spring 2024) and can accommodate 8 guests. Upstairs, it offers 4 bedrooms, 3 with sea views and 1 opening onto a small patio, also with sea views. Three bathrooms complete this property. On the ground floor, a large living room features a beautiful, fully equipped, high-quality kitchen (American-style refrigerator, wine cellar, etc.), a lounge, and a dining room. Open the French doors and discover the terrace, where a small swimming pool (2x5m) awaits, and let yourself be welcomed by the endless blue of the sea. The house is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. End-of-stay cleaning and linens are included. Additional cleaning during your stay is available upon request for a fee. Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday in July and August. The sea, the beach (beach volleyball, children's play area, restaurants), as well as the village centre and its shops, are on average a 15-minute walk away. A free shuttle (stop at the rear corner of the property) also serves all these points and operates 7 days a week during the summer season. Secure, gated parking is located at the rear of the villa. In addition to these parking spaces, a large, high-ceiling garage may also be available to meet your additional needs (please enquire).
