Oversized 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor apartment located 1 block west of the beach. Perfect home base for remote workers or guests relocating to South Florida. Connect your devices to the fastest internet - speeds up to 1300mbps. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 BBQ grills. The bedroom includes a queen size Casper memory foam mattress wrapped in high end linens. Full bathroom includes shower/tub combination and plush bath towels. Restaurants, shops & grocery stores all within walking distance!

Paradise Shores #7 is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (approx. 600 sq ft) located on the 2nd floor of our boutique 8 unit vacation rental complex. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked and includes full size electronic appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, etc). There's also 2 shared outdoor patios with BBQ grills and outdoor furniture. The bedroom includes a comfortable, queen size memory foam mattress wrapped in high end, breathable linens and pillows. Leather furniture adorns the living room. Watch over 100+ Xfinity cable channels or stream your favorite show on the 55" smart Samsung TV. When it's time to work, there's multiple places to setup a laptop and connect to the high speed WiFi, including the living room desk and dining room table. When it's time for laundry, a full size coin operated washer and dryer can be found a few steps outside your front door.

Our 8 unit boutique vacation rental building is located 1 block to the warm Atlantic Ocean where you'll find beautiful white sand covering a deserted beach. All utilities are included (Xfinity high speed wireless Internet and cable tv, electric, water, trash, etc.). You'll also have access to beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels.

Paradise Shores is within walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway, a boat marina, grocery stores, a variety of water sports activities, restaurants and shops. If you live an active lifestyle, you don't need a car. Grab a taxi, Uber or Lyft from the airport and use Ride Circuit to get around Pompano Beach.

Ride Circuit is a free local electric shuttle that runs north and south along A1A from Hillsboro Inlet to the Ritz Carlton and includes all the restaurants, shops and grocery stores along Atlantic Blvd. Simply download the app to your phone and request a free ride.

If you have a car, there's one dedicated parking space located in front of the building, a few steps away from your front door.

Perfect Location

We arrived very late so we were very pleased that check-in was so easy. We were able to cross the street and walk the beach. Only a few blocks from restaurants. We were also close to major highways. Perfect for our long weekend.

A MUST stay!

If you’re looking for a fantastic place right on the water surrounded by great restaurants and amenities, then look NO further! The unit was clean, super homey, personal parking space right out front, and a quick 2 minute walk to the ocean! Jeanette does a great job providing all the necessary details along with plenty of recommendations. I would for sure book here again next time I’m in the area! 5 Stars!

Simply amazing!!

Not sure where to begin but what an amazing stay at this property!! I relocated from another state and needed a place to stay while waiting on my house to finish construction in the Fort Lauderdale area. I hesitated to stay in Pompano but it was the best decision! Jeanette is extraordinary! She responds very quickly, is very hands-on, warm, friendly, professional and is very passionate about her business. The unit was extremely clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, you name it and it was available. When I think of the oddest kitchen gadget that I needed, surprisingly it was there. The location is absolutely perfect. Right at the corner of A1A and 3 mins walk across the street to the beach. Watching the sunrise before starting my work day was absolutely stunning. Not to mention the brand new pier within a 10 minute walk and lots of restaurants. The unit is so quiet for being so close to A1A. Jeanette, thank you and your team for an exceptional stay at your property. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures!! Highly recommend!

Lovely - would stay again!

This property is accurately described in property description. Loved the comfortable bed, comfortable living room furniture (looked brand new), large TV, very nice decor, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals - great cookware (again, looked new). I have already looked into staying a few nights again later in the year, but minimum stay requirements (sometimes 21 nights) have blocked me from doing so.

Mother/Daughter Florida Trip

The property was PERFECT! It was exactly what we were looking for. We did not rent a car, so location was key when booking. This property had everything we needed, and more! It was just a short walk to the beach. A Walgreens is right down the street, and there are several little restaurants within walking distance. All of them were delicious! The pier is a short walk as well, and the views did not disappoint! We felt very safe in the area and can’t wait to go back! The property was very clean and Jeanette was wonderful. I highly recommend it!

Highly Recommended!

Place was immaculately clean and in a great location close to the beach and a nice walk to town. Little extras like body wash and shampoo are greatly appreciated in addition to the many items listed. I can't stand noisy rentals and this one passed with flying colors. Most or all the units were rented and we couldn't hear a peep through the walls or floors. A peaceful area in general, too. So glad we stayed in Pompano Beach and not the more crowded Fort Lauderdale. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Lovely, well-located place to stay!

Very nice apartment that is nicely furnished and well equipped. All furnishings were pristine and new. The owner, Jeanette, was very helpful and even helped us find bike trails. A short walk to a beautiful beach and good restaurants.
