129 Rodney Ave – This fun and colorful architects beach cottage has the distinction of being the last house, on the last street, in the first town of the first state, so if you are looking for privacy this is it! A block from the canal and a bike ride away from the bay, this cozy cape cod has character galore & a peaceful retreat that does the soul good. Enjoy quiet evenings on the large screen porch overlooking the beautifully landscaped acre far from the madding crowd. Explore the Cape Henlopen State Park or take the Cape May Lewes Ferry to New Jersey for the day.
The first floor of the home has a kitchen, living room, a full bath, and two bedrooms. The second floor includes a loft, a full bath, and one bedroom. Parking for 3 cars.
*Pet friendly with a $250 non refundable pet fee per pet.
