Great location, lovely spacious house.

Great location with a lovely view looking down on the river. We walked into Pont Aven each day which didn’t disappoint with its pretty walks, restaurants, galleries and shops. The walk back is quite steep ….. but worth it for it for the view. House was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and the communication with the owner great, always happy to assist if we needed anything.

We walked into Pont Aven each day which didn’t disappoint with its pretty walks, restaurants, galleries and shops. The walk back is quite steep ….. but worth it for it for the view. House was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and the communication with the owner great, always happy to assist if we needed anything."

Le Fusain Accommodation was accessed via a private drive and stood at an elevated position overlo...

Le Fusain Accommodation was accessed via a private drive and stood at an elevated position overlooking the river at Pont Aven, the drive was on a fairly steep hill and may not be suitable for everyone but we managed the 5min walk each day to the town, there were plenty of cafe’s, bar’s and restaurants to visit as well as a small supermarket to stock up for the week. There’s plenty of parking at the accommodation and the property had all the essentials required for a comfortable stay. On our first day we were met by Florian for the key handover, he was very polite and friendly and walked us through the accommodation before telling us about the area and leaving us to enjoy our holiday. We would highly recommend this property.

La maison était très bien mais pas assez sécurisée .Portes sans volets roulants.Pas d'alarme pour sécuriser la maison pendant la journée, ni la nuit .
