Morgans Breeze is a luxury 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath lagoon front rental house located on Little Lagoon on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores. Morgans Breeze offers gorgeous lagoon views and beach views, being just across the street from the gulf! The private seasonally heated pool and several expansive balconies all overlook the beautiful lagoon, making them perfect for fun, relaxation, and entertaining. Enjoy the lagoon on your private boat dock for fishing, boating, swimming, or just hanging out! Your group will surely love taking a short walk across the street for a beach day, soaking up the sun, and swimming in the blue water.

This luxurious beach house offers ample living and sleeping space. On the main floor, there is a large great room with big, comfortable sectional couches and a flat-screen TV. This living room is open to the kitchen, fully stocked with appliances, and perfect for entertaining with a large island, bar seating, and a dining table. Also, on the main floor, you will find the luxury master suite, with a king bed, a private bathroom, and views of the lagoon. Finally, there is a utility room and a half bath on this floor.

On the second floor, there is an additional living room and 5 more bedrooms with private bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have king beds, and one of them also has a built-in twin XL. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 queens each, and one of them has another built-in twin XL. The living room offers more seating, a flat-screen TV, butler's pantry, extra laundry room, and balcony access!

Morgans Breeze is perfect for relaxing and entertaining a large group of family and friends! The luxury home accommodates up to 16 guests who will enjoy the ample living space around the house. We loved this house! There were a few things that weren't working while we were there but it did not affect our trip and the hosts offered to send a work order to fix the mini fridge (but we didnt want to deal with it on vacation). This is a family house. They kids loved the pool, the dock, the sand bar. It was just a really great place. I want to give it a bad review just to keep it for myself next year. lol Location was also great. Away from the crowds but still close to the action if we wanted to be apart of it. 3 Hope to return here again!

Property was amazing. Perfectly located between the bay and gulf. Plenty of room for my large group of 16. Communication with the host was excellent whenever we had a problem. They were prompt with their response. Property was located near the town but far enough away that you didn’t get any nightlife noise but it was easy to get resupplied. Probably about 2 miles. Over all just a beautiful property. Would definitely stay again.

Family reunion

Beautiful getaway

My family thought this may be the best vacation to date. This place was amazing and meant all our needs. The location was perfect, the lagoon provided many fishing opportunities and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. There was 14 in our family and there was space and privacy for everyone. Would highly recommend!

Great house with room for everyone

Perfect house for a large family vacation. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was by far our favorite. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of seating (indoors and out), nice decor, and an extra-large kitchen. The property was very clean. The management company was very responsive.

fabulous!

everything was fantastic. we would absolutely stay again. a few issues here and there with fans & the tv outside not working - but that didn’t bother us. my coworkers & i were very happy with our stay.

Great beach house

We traveled to Gulf Shores to vacation with my parents and my sister and her family. The house was perfect for the group of us with plenty of space for both communal and individual activities. The views are outstanding over the lagoon and beach. We loved being able to sit in the pool while the children were napping. We had so much fun, we are hoping to come back to Morgan’s Breeze in the future.

Perfect spring break house

We brought an extended family of 13 down with us and the house was perfect. Plenty of room and bathrooms, two living rooms to separate kids and adults, and tons of deck space to view sunrise and sunsets! Our only issue was the pool heater but we did not have the best weather so we made the best of it. When the heater was working, and it was sunny outside we were all in the pool- 1 yr old to a 65 yr old! Lots of toys for the kids in the closet for the water and sand. We caught fish off the dock, walked over to the ocean, and simply relaxed in the sun! Had plenty of room when it rained to spend the day indoors. Great house for a large crowd!!!! Thank you!!!

Beach trip with our children and their families

The home is beautiful. Expansive views of the lagoon from the living area. We enjoyed the covered porches on the front and back of the house. We did not expect to enjoy the ocean sounds and breezes ,but that is possible on the front covered area off the main living area. Plenty of space to have privacy when wanted. We had two young children ( 7 months and 12 months) that needed naps and were able to let them nap peacefully upstairs. Location is very peaceful. Beach is not crowded. Shipt delivered to our house when we needed extra items and did not want to go out. The pool has a ledge all the way around and worked well for our grandchildren ages 7 and under. l

Beautiful home in great location

What a gorgeous home! We were a party of 13, three families with six adults and seven kids (three of driving age). The kitchen was very spacious with all the necessities for large groups. The two dishwashers, stove/ovens, and washer/dryers came in very handy. The living area downstairs is huge and the seating area was very comfortable. When the kids were home in the evenings, they would gather in the common area upstairs and watch TV and lounge. They loved the mini-fridge up there! The outdoor spaces were also amazing. Ample decks/covered balconies with adirondacks for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The heated pool was awesome. But I think the biggest hit for the kids was the inlet pier/dock. Every day the boys would be out with their fishing poles and bait. They caught black drum and red fish large enough for us to keep and eat one night! They also caught some smaller fish, crabs, barnacles and other ocean "things"! The beach is an easy walk from the house, and our area wasn't crowded at all. The home is about 3-4 miles outside the main Gulf Shores downtown. The kids enjoyed The Hangout and all the ice cream shops. The Sunliner Diner also saw us a few times during the week. One evening we drove to Flora-Bama and had drinks/danced. We also ate at Doc's Seafood, and Mikee's. Overrall, a great place and would definitely stay there again!

Needs repairs

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to share some feedback and concerns following our recent stay at Morgan's Breeze—our third visit to this property. While we've enjoyed this home in the past, unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations due to a few issues we encountered: Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the house did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. We noticed a significant amount of dead bugs and dirt in various areas, as well as multiple spiders throughout the home. Tile floors throughout the house need new grout. Terrible drywall repairs from leaks are an eyesore. A deeper cleaning prior to guests' arrival would have made a big difference in comfort. Leaking Mini Refrigerator: The mini fridge upstairs was leaking and dripping water through the ceiling into the dining area below. We had to remove the fridge ourselves to prevent further damage and immediately called to report the issue. However, no one came out during our stay to assess or resolve the situation. Noisy Dryer: The upstairs dryer produced a loud, high-pitched squeaking noise while running, which made it unusable for us during the stay. We've had positive experiences with your company in the past, and hope that this feedback helps ensure future guests can enjoy the property as much as we have before.
