The apartment is in an excellent location : handy access to the Medical Center, networking to all of Houston using 288. Very close to Hermann Park, Zoo, museums.Close for groceries, pharmacy.The apartment is on the 17th floor, with the skyline of the Med Center outside your window and a nice balcony with a table and chairs.Plenty of parking, but one must spiral up a 6-story ramp to reach it.Pool on 7th floor, with cabanas - nice.Furnishings at present are adequate but unexciting. Kitchen has all the appliances you need. Dishes, glasses, cookware, and tableware are adequate but unexciting.Beds are comfortable, linens are polyester, towels are adequate.Bathrooms are nice, showers are great!Overall the apartment is a very good buy for the fancy price.
