Newly renovated second-story villa. Spacious living room with breathtaking views of the marina and Wildcat Cove. You will appreciate the privacy of the master bedroom with an attached en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. All bedrooms have a 50" HD TV with Cable.

All new appliances allow for easy cooking and storage of groceries.

Enjoy the ocean breeze from the screened-in patio that looks west and provides a front-row view of the sunset.

Take a quick 10-minute walk and you will arrive at your own private beach. Gate is only accessible by Sands residents and guests.

First snowbird experience

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely location at the Sands, and nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of other vacation areas. Just what we needed. The unit is well cared for with up to date amenities, and you can’t beat the sunset from the porch.
