My husband and I travelled all around the beautiful country over several occasions, including on our honeymoon when we purchased this property. We are surfers from the Northern California, Bay Area. That's how we found the laid-back beach town of Playa Negra.

This home is set back from the main road. In a quiet 1/4 acre piece of land with an on-site property managers house. Double gates for privacy and security. This home was designed with nature flooding through. All views point to the pool and yard. It is a social space that celebrates good company, the sunlight, rain and beautiful surroundings.
